TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE – NO HOT WATER AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY!
I STAYED AT THIS HOTEL AND WAS SHOCKED TO FIND THERE WAS NO HOT WATER AT ALL. I HAD TO TAKE A COLD SHOWER, AND WHEN I ASKED THE MANAGER ABOUT IT, I WAS CASUALLY TOLD, “THERE IS NO HOT WATER TODAY AND NO ONE KNOWS WHEN IT WILL BE BACK.” IT SEEMED LIKE THIS IS NORMAL FOR THEM, WHICH IS EVEN MORE SHOCKING. NO APOLOGY, NO COMPENSATION, JUST A SHRUG.

THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. WHAT DID I EVEN PAY FOR? A BASIC NECESSITY LIKE HOT WATER SHOULD NEVER BE AN ISSUE IN ANY HOTEL, LET ALONE ONE THAT CHARGES THESE RATES. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS PLACE – IT’S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR THE DISAPPOINTMENT.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. ABSOLUTELY

Not bad but some areas of the property are outdated and not properly cleaned

This hotel apartment was really recommendable as they have a huge 2 bhk room which is really spacious for a family of four. Basic needs in the kitchen was available so you don’t need to worry if you want to cook. There are lot of grocery shop nearby if you want to buy stuff or foods. And MR. Usman in reception area was really helpful to us and answers query promptly. Thank you.

Definitely one of the best hotel apartments in Dubai, we’re from Abu Dhabi and whenever we come to spend holiday or visits in Dubai we are always staying with this hotel. Family atmosphere, not much traffic , staff were very much welcoming and professional. Manager named Faisal was very good and accommodating, whenever I need to book he give me good rates and discounts. Reception host are very welcoming and kind named Jasmine and Saif, house keeping were very quick to answer your queries, and the rooms were clean. Definitely coming back.

Excellent place to stay.

The staff was extremely helpful. They took care of everything. This is an excellent place to stay in Dubai. The rooms are spacious unlike many other hotels. Very clean, the house keeping team is very good. Overall, an excellent place to stay in Dubai.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two week stay at the arbar hotel apartment. Only one wish better internet connection

was a good property with accessible parking. Rooms are quite big and serviced. There's a coffee shop downstairs and a nice affordable lunch. Groceries and mall not far. Pool is not in use and gym quite small

Very bad experience room was small so bad and they don’t accept return my money they said you have to stay in the room. We will give you a refresher air And I didn’t accept that because I have a baby and a room was really small bed and then they finally find me another room Next day they ask me to remove to another room because this room was booked was really bad experience and the hotel. It was really far away from Dubai downtown. I’m never gonna be back there or stay again there please don’t waste your money.

It was a great experience. The hotel aparment is spacious and made us feel comfortable. They have a good customer service and the staff is accommodating, although requests took a bit time. I highly recommend. We would certainly come back again next time :)

This was a great stay. Extremely nice staff. Very attentive and quick to react to anything. The bed was great. Couldn’t really ask for more. Pool was very well kept. Gym was small but well equipped. I’ve been staying at hotels in Dubai for a decade and I’ve not found a better value that Abar.

We are current residents and have been staying here for around a month due to the recent flooding. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel has many facilities including a restaurant (food is lovely), a gym and spa and a pool on the roof. We have not used the gym or spa but have frequently used the pool. The lifeguard is kind and attentive to guests.

We stayed in the Abar hotel for 3 weeks exactly due to the issues we had with our house after the floods in Dubai. The team was very helpful and accommodating. The staff is very polite, nice size room and very clean.
Food was very good and value for money too.

The Abar Hotel Apartments is a three year old property located in DIP1 and relatively close to both Choithrams and Carrefour Supermarkets in the Green Community. The Green Community Mall is also a short walk nearby, with dining and service options adjacent to the Copthorne Hotel. The hotel staff, led by Mr. Rajesh Kapour and the front desk, managed by Faizan, are very friendly and extremely helpful. The housekeeping staff are invariably pleasant and accommodating for any request. The maintenance staff assisted me with setting up my Firestick and Google Chrome stick, which was sincerely appreciated. The bedding is of a good quality, the rooms are very spacious and clean, with excellent showers. The kitchens are well equipped and all the in-room facilities modern and well kept. The DIP Metro station is about two km from the hotel, so another good transportation option. I would walk to and fro, using it as an enforced exercise option. The Mr Toad's pub in the Premier Inn near the Metro is also an alternative dining/entertainment option. The food produced by the chefs in the Gul Cafe/Restaurant in the Abar Hotel is plentiful and full flavoured. I have stayed in this property twice now and really appreciate the kind staff and modern facilities. Thank you to all of them.

One thing that stands out with this hotel, it’s staff. Everyone wears a smile no matter what time of the day or night.
I’ve been in many places but their warmth toward the guest is hotter than Dubai itself.
Hotel itself is ok but the people runs it is superb and i will highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Very nice, clean apartment hotel. Room was spacious & well appointed. Although there was a washing machine - no clothes dryer which would have been nice. Food in attached restaurant was good but pricey.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Abar Hotel Apartments, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with fellow travelers. My stay at this establishment was nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your accommodation needs.

First and foremost, cleanliness was a major issue. The hotel room was dirty and unkempt, with visible signs of neglect. The presence of cockroaches in the room was not only disgusting but also raised serious concerns about the overall hygiene and maintenance standards of the hotel.

Equally disappointing was the unprofessionalism displayed by the hotel staff. Their attitude and lack of responsiveness to guest concerns further added to the overall negative experience. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism in a hospitality setting, where guest satisfaction should be a top priority.

In conclusion, my stay at Abar Hotel Apartments was a regrettable experience marked by dirty conditions and unprofessional staff. I strongly caution anyone considering this hotel to explore alternative accommodation options in the area. Your safety and comfort should not be compromised during your travels, and unfortunately, Abar Hotel Apartments fails to meet even the most basic standards in these regards.

This was an awesome experience, the manager and all the staff made our stay so comfortable. The hotel is kids friendly and their food was good, they had lots of variety. I will recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Dubai . Location is perfect, home away from home. Rooms are very spacious and clean. I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful stay I had at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service that made my stay truly memorable.
The room was comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities to make me feel at home.. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and I appreciated the variety of options available.
Housekeeping was great Sudan was very prompt and helpful Edward from housekeeping was exceptional It made me feel very comfortable and secure during my stay, especially given the current circumstances.
Overall, I had an excellent experience at your hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Big thank you to Rajesh Kapoor amazing human being really mad me feel like home may Hod bless him he know how to treat people good.
