I stayed at this hotel from June 26–29 2026, and unfortunately, what started as a pleasant stay ended in absolute frustration due to the unprofessional and arrogant attitude of the front desk manager.On the morning of checkout (June 29), I extended our room until 5:00 PM because my daughter had a synchronized swimming competition that ended around 2:00 PM. She needed to come back to shower and wash her hair before we flew to North Carolina for her gymnastics meet. My husband, who drove back to Wisconsin with our son earlier that morning, left three items in the bathroom for me: a power bank, an Apple Watch charging cable, a bottle of shampoo, and a pack of makeup remover wipes. He even took a photo and sent it to me to confirm those were exactly what I needed.
When I returned to the room at about 2:30 PM to charge my daughter’s Apple Watch, I couldn't find the power bank or the charging cable anywhere. I went down to the front desk and politely asked if housekeeping had removed them for safekeeping, thinking they might have mistaken them for valuables.The male front desk manager called the housekeeper, who said she knew nothing about it. Then the man who claimed to be the manager said, “That’s it.” No apology, no empathy, no offer to check further. I was speechless. I asked if he could at least do something more, and his response was, “My housekeeper said she doesn’t know, so that’s it.” When I pointed out that the items were clearly missing from the room, he snapped, “Are you accusing my staff of stealing?” I said no, I just couldn’t understand how they disappeared. He then told me, “If you think my employee stole your things, call the police.” So I told him to go ahead and call, which he did – in an incredibly aggressive and condescending tone.Throughout the entire exchange, he showed zero willingness to help. He didn’t offer to check security footage, lost-and-found, or even pretend to care. I kept thinking what if it had been a ring or a phone?

One of two Chargepoint chargers did not work, AND HAS NOT FOR 2.5 months !
I may to seek a different hotel.

The toilets are very low for us tall people not easy to use.

Problems with check in with only one room being available despite two rooms being booked. After being told they were full a room was made available once the manager became involved. Room smelt musty, air conditioning unit was loud and could not be turned off.

Everything was fine

The sofa couch was filthy, and I had to request a blanket to cover the couch in order to sit on it. The floor underneath was dirty with popcorn crumbs.
