The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They went out of their way to assist us as we were both unwell. The breakfast buffet is also something special.
Die Aussicht war grandios, das Personal hervorragend.
Wir hatten für 8 Personen im Restaurant gebucht und bekamen einen eigenen Raum mit tollem Service.
Die Zimmer in Top moderner Ausstattung
Facilities were tremendous. Hot tub, cold plunge and sauna in one.
The location was a challenge. If it was closer to a mall that would be great. However, really good view of Monas.
It was our second time there. Thank you for a wonderful hospitality. Especially loved the Monas view and the breakfast buffet.
You could hear train horns every now and then, it was a little loud at night. But other than that, none.
I had a great experience staying at Park Hyatt, staff was helpful, hotel and room conditions were great!
The restaurants and bar are perfect for relaxing with a nice drink
Great NY event at Kita Bar in Park Hyatt. Lively ambience with nice DJ and Live Band. Staffs were great. Also KITA restaurant is also great with good food and reasonable pricing
Nice room with quality deco, staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is good. No comment on breakfast, the bar is ok, view from outdoor is nice.
The rooms and facilities we fantastic. Breakfast buffet was extensive and views were brewthtaking
Lobby was on higher floor is slight inconvenience
Modern facility, very clean
Front road is narrow
We had a corner suite room facing metro which was noisy so requested to move to quieter side of hotel which staff kindly helped provide. Cleanliness of rooms was poor, housekeeping staff clearly rushed forgetting some items over the 5 nights we stayed. No supervisor checking of rooms after cleaning. F&B at the 3 meal restaurant and rooftop Japanese was okay, nothing so memorable
nice big room, children were very happy. the facilities & breakfast were pleasant. The staffs were nice and very helpful.
Visited the hotel only to have dinner in their newest Chinese Restaurant Li Lian. I was amazed by the service of Mega. She was very welcoming and also knowledgeable about the menu, I was told to try their Peking Duck, but it has to be pre ordered or otherwise you have to wait 50 minutes. Then she recommends to try the Crispy Chicken instead. To be honest is one if the best. Thumbs up for the service and food, looking forward to another visit soon
What a mess
The check-in process was very chaotic. Someone cut in front of me in the queue and I received no assistance whatsoever on how to check in or where to wait. There was no welcome drink while I waited for more than 5 minutes. After being cut in line, there was still no assistance, so I went to the front desk myself to ask if I could check in there. I wasn't even offered an escort to my room, so I was confused about where to find the elevator to my room. Again, no one helped me find the elevator.
Once in the room, everything was fine and functional. The bathroom was modern and clean, but unfortunately, when I wanted to polish my shoes, the form had already been filled out, and the laundry form had also been filled out! They weren't replaced with new ones. I reported this directly to the Duty Manager, and he assured me that they would be replaced during turndown service. However, when I returned from dinner, they still hadn't been replaced. He said he had made sure they would be replaced, but they still weren't.
In the morning during breakfast, the door wasn't locked properly because the hinges weren't working as they should. This should have been checked because it could endanger guests staying there.
They gave me a complimentary waived dinner bill, which I had already refused several times, but they insisted that it had been waived. I was very upset about this and had already conveyed my feelings. Fortunately, Mr. Musli made me happy by Mr. Rusli made me happy with his attentive service, taking care of every detail I needed. He even chatted with me about my brunch and dinner plans for the day.
When I checked out, Mr. Kristian helped me again. He gave me his business card so that if I needed help on my next visit, I could contact him directly. Unfortunately, I have already decided that I will not be returning to Park Hyatt, which was very disappointing, especially since I was celebrating my birthday there. The way they handled the situation and followed up was very poor, as if they were dismissing what I considered to be a serious matter. They ruined a special moment in a very bad way!
Notes: the facilites preety good and polls staff were very helpfull, sadly i didn't asked his name.
