Park Hyatt Jakarta

We had dinner at the “Atelier 23”, in Park Hyatt Jakarta. We wanted to enjoy some “French Brasserie fare” during our stay. We choose “French Onion Soup” and “Light Mushroom Soup”, then “Coq au vin” and “West Java Farm Confit Duck”, then “Sulawesi Crème Vanilla Brulée” and “Slow Baked Chocolate Tart”. First things first, let’s say that the food was superb ! Well prepared, good sized portions.
But the service was appalling. Let’s consider that this is supposed to be a 5 stars hotel.
We have had better service in Jakarta in street warungs !
Nobody seemed to care to bring us the menu, despite me waving at the staff, (4 or 5 of them), who were too busy talking between themselves, their back to the room. But even when they faced me, it did not seem to concern them.
At last, we got the menu, then the same happened again.. and I had to go towards the counter to ask one of them to come to our table to take our order.
When the soups came, I suppose we were supposed to eat them with our bare hands.. as nobody thought of bringing spoons with the soups.. Waited 2 or 3 minutes, to check whether someone had realized that they forgot the spoons. If I wouldn’t have stepped forward, again, to the counter, I think we still would be waiting for the spoons.
Then the main dish came and the waitress indicated “Boeuf Bourguignon” when placing my “Coq au Vin” on the table. She may not have followed her science classes very carefully !
In summary : 5 Stars for the food and minus 5 stars for the service.
All the service crew in this venue should be fired with immediate effect for gross negligence and misbehavior.

The top Park Hyatt hotel I have ever stayed in. Brand new and modern and super architecture. Gorgeous and spacious rooms with WOW floor to ceiling windows . They really know how to take care of Globalist members . Top notch breakfast and service from everyone in the hotel. Extra touches offering Globalists afternoon coicktalis and snacks whihc I havent seen in any other Park Hyatrt. Gorgeous pool on top floor .I wil defintiely return if in Jakarta

I stayed at Park Hyatt hotel for my event, as Corporate EO I've always been helped by sales team at Park Hyatt hotel (especially Victor Karman), he always try to accommodate our client's needs.

Overall the event that I conducted at Park Hyatt was very success, thanks a lot to overall team at hotel

Room was very nice with plenty of space for bathrooms. We were given a room facing the Monas side. Arriving at the hotel might be a little disappointing, the entry lobby seems to be understaffed and there was noone greeting and helping us. Overall, was a very good experience. Staffs were very nice and always alert to your needs. On that night, there was a private party at Kita Bar and we can hear the sound all the way in our room. The entry-level room was spacious at 57 sqm. I really like the fact that the room has 3 separate areas for toilet, bath tub, and shower box. Ideal for travelling with family.

Best Hotel Dining in Jakarta. Excellent services from all the guys from the Dinner and Breakfast. Especially Muslih and Chef Deddy. To Chef Deddy, special thanks, for giving valuable words and motivation to my "future-chef" son.

Love the pool, night swimming fantastic, spa and sauna top notch.

I visited again with my wife in 2026. Mr. Wurm continues to run one of the best five stars hotels we have stayed at! The Park Hyatt Jakarta continues to be a truly exceptional hotel. We really enjoyed our stay this year.

The Park Hyatt Jakarta is a spectacular hotel in every possible way. The architecture and decor are both modern and grand. The furnishings and fittings are off the highest quality - all the way to the high tech Japanese toilets. The views from the rooms are spectacular. Amenities such as the pool, gym and spa are well above what I would expect of a city hotel.

Everything has been maintained in immaculate condition and creates the feeling of ultimate comfort and luxury. Every detail had been considered with guest comfort in mind, resulting in one of the most luxurious and comfortable hotel stays ever.

Finally, the entire hotel team, under the leadership of the GM Mr. Wurm, is truly topnotch and provides some of the best service I've experienced at any hotel worldwide.

I've had the pleasure of being a guest at the Park Hyatt Jakarta several times and am looking forward to staying again soon!

Park Hyatt Jakarta hotel staff was definitely goes above and beyond to give is the best experience for our stay. From greeting us as we arrived, having staff member escorted us to the hotel lobby, seamless check in and friendliness definitely making us feel special. Fruit platter and personalized note from the hotel management gave us warm welcome and wonderful surprise. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. The staff is very attentive and gives us exceptional service.

Hospitality of the staff was beyond excellent. Good restaurant and bar on top.

I have been a good night with our collage and friend tonight. We are served by fitri, abel and razaan and it was such a good night. We couldn’t asked for better service

Starting from Check in Mr. Michael greet us with Warm and Kindness, he is pretty knowledgeable about the Hotel and well aware about our Needs. Next Appreciation goes to the Reservation Team and Room Division Team who made our Room so beautiful with the greatest view, ambient, and the TEMPERATURE, LOVE IT!!!

After That we move to the Pool Area, which is awesome in the Night Time, not so many people are there. If I may suggest, the Park Hyatt Jakarta Team should make a HoneyMoon Package with 1 Hour Service for Pool by the Time Requested from the Guest. So the Couples can have a great Time to Enjoy the Pool only for both of them.

Last but not Least, the Star of the Show is the Breakfast. All the FnB team are Very Professional with warm and polite gesture to serve all the Guest in extraordinary Services. Starting from Ayla served us with awesome food from the Menu, and Alejandro who is very friendly to all of the guest, quick anticipate about the guest needed, and knowledagble about the Food and Beverage and the Places as well.
