- Hotel Ilhas do Lago Eco Resort guests have access to the 03 water parks of the network: Water Park, Clube Prive and Náutico Praia Clube (except on days that are closed for maintenance: Náutico Praia Clube: from 10 am to 10 am to 5pm, closed on Mondays and Wednesdays for maintenance // Clube Privé: from 10am to 5pm, closed from Monday to Wednesday for maintenance // Water Park: from 10am to 5pm, closed on Thursdays for maintenance).

- Parking is rotating and subject to availability upon check-in.

- In case of advance payment, the credit card holder must be a guest and must present a photo ID and credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in.

- Upon check-in, for all bookings paid by credit card, it is mandatory presentation of credit card and identification document valid for the cardholder. On purchases via a third-party cards, must be presented a signed and authenticated commitment term.

- Pursuant to Articles 82 and 83 of the ECA (Child and Adolescent Statute), the accommodations of minors without supporting documents is prohibited, and only RG and Birth Certificates are valid, together with the parents' travel authorization registered in notary office, in case the minor travels with another major responsible.

- During the stay, it may be necessary to change the room to another of the same category on Thursdays and Sundays and this will be mandatory, according to hotel guidelines.

#Caso não chegasse pontualmente no horário das refeições ficávamos "sem comida". Não é uma reclamação referente ao restaurante e funcionários, é uma reclamação com relação à má educação dos hóspedes, extremamente mal educados, entravam tropeçando na gente no restaurante, serviam como se nunca "haviam comido na vida" pegavam toda sobremesa, derramaram sucos e refrigerantes, enchiam vasilhames e mamadeira de suco, etc. Como exemplo no dia do meu check-out, fui almoçar, havia uma adolescente pegando as saladas de folhas com as mãos, eu chamei a atenção dela pra usar o pegador, depois quando cheguei na sobremesa não havia nenhuma palha italiana, sendo que fui a decima segunda pessoa a servir e havia uma vasilha grande cheia da sobremesa quando cheguei( a mesa ao lado havia pego um prato de refeição cheio de palhas italianas, comendo e guardando nas bolsas...).

Mesmo sem solicitar qualquer auxílio ou serviço.

O café da manhã é completo. Nada de especial. Nos dias mais cheios, falta muita coisa e demoram um pouco para repor. O acesso aos outros parques da rede é bem interessante, já que não é preciso pagar a entrada. O hotel é distante do centro, mas não sentimos falta de nada. Tem um cardápio variado e lanches, porções e bebidas, além de almoço e jantar. Também conta com um lojinha que oferece produtos para necessidades básicas.
