Great stay and amazing staff. Excellent. 10/10 experience.
Pros:

The location were central to our plans. Perfect location.

Cons:

Clean, smelled good. Easy parking. The Manager left us a complimentary bottle of wine and water and snacks with a really nice note in our hotel room for our anniversary. Really made the day even more special. Restaurant nice-we were able to catch a quick breakfast before departing.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had.
Pros:

I'm very particular about cleanliness, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. I usually wipe down my room with Clorox wipes when I check in, and this time my wipe didn't pick up a thing, not even dust. That immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff was amazing, the room was beautiful and cozy, and both restaurants served delicious food. This will definitely be my go-to hotel every time I'm in Charlotte!

Cons:

I can't think of anything I didn't like. My experience was excellent from start to finish, and I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful but Weird and Dysfunctional.

Cons:

Lighting in rooms is horrible. I could not even see good enough to do hair and makeup. No place to put suitcases except on bed. I asked for an extra table to accommodate a second suitcase because they don’t have luggage racks. No lights in bedroom except for dim lighting each side of the bed. We ate at two restaurants abs both meals were awful.
