Very strong and consistent internet. Bindu along with the rest of the front desk staff and Alsam along with other staff were all exceptionally attentive and very helpful. We enjoy the nicest strong and hot showers and the variety of cuisines available for meals and the extended hours for the restaurant . Thank you very much for a wonderful day

The property is in superb shape. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help.
The food was very good. My only comment is regarding the breakfast. I was told that the breakfast was complimentary. However, when I was ready to checkout I was charged Rs 500 for the breakfast. When I questioned, I did not get a satisfactory response. I should not have been given incorrect information. That aside, I still think this is a very good hotel overall.

Lovely Property
Pros:

The hotel and amenities were outstanding, the reception and staff were extremely polite. The only hitch was the Restaurant which gave us a very disappointing meal from the all carte menu. It was terrible as the chef obviously had left or didn't know what they were doing. Also it took a long time.
