腰が痛い
Pros:

とにかくエキチカですね　池袋駅まで歩いて5分　このロケーションは凄いですね　その代わり駐車場などはありません

Cons:

部屋が狭いのも　お風呂がなんだかなも個人的には全然我慢出来ます　ただせっかく部屋一杯の広いベットなのに　マットがフニャフニャで最悪ですね　腰痛持ちのわたしはぎっくり腰みたいに悪化しました　エアマットより柔らかいスプリングです　これは絶対に直した方がいい
あと　机や椅子が無いので　出張族はパソコンやちょっといっぱいも　全部ベットでやることになります　なかなか連泊は大変

オトクなお値段と、便利な立地。
ジャンプーのバイキングも面白かったし、受付の方も気さくで話しやすかった。

Cons:

単純にホテルのお部屋が古いこと。きれいにお掃除してくれていますが、少し安心感(カビがないかとか、)には欠けるかも。

Pros:

Great location & decent price. Staff were nice and accomodating. Toiletries and towels can be replaced with the supplies in the ground floor & the second floor.

Cons:

The circulation space was quite limited in the room but that's a given with the price so it wasn't an issue.
