Pros:

ミュージカルとライブ2日間あったので2泊させていただきました。アメニティも申し分ないしほんとに寝るだけだったので不便はなかったです。近くにコンビニもあるのでご飯なしでも不便しなかったです。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かって貰えるので大変助かりました。

Cons:

飲み屋街なので夜中3時くらいまで外が騒がしいです。部屋は狭いので滞在中は基本ベッドの上でご飯もメイクもしてました。床でキャリーを広げることは無理だったのでそれもベッドの上でやってました。その辺分けたい人には向いてないかもしれません。
