Smell in rooms. Poor remodeling. We changed rooms twice... the firat one the door didn't open, the second one smelled so bad and the sheets were dirty. The 3rd the smell was less... you get what you pay for

I advise nobody to stay at this place. My five-year-old daughter could not shower because there was no hot water. The room AC do not work. I was transferred to two different rooms and both of the ACs work. I had to sleep with 85° weather with no AC.

The bed was broken and the mattress sunk in in the middle. When you laid on the bed you automatically went to the middle of the bed. The room had roaches. The TV kept going in and out. We thought it was the channel, but it happened on every channel.

Basic accomodation, price was good. We needed a place for one night until our beach rental started. They are doing some upgrades to the building, didn't interfere with our stay. On-site manager was very friendly.

It was a decent hotel. It was clean, although the bed was terrible.

The place is on a great location, 5 min walk to beach and boardwalk. You check in through a facetime call.. pretty much diy lol the place itself is pretty beat up, but we basically just needed somewhere to sleep. I will say, they air conditioner was beyond great. Room stayed very cold, take your own blankets tho.

Great location with an easy walk to food, attractions and the beach. Room was clean and simple. Never had any trouble getting any assistance needed.

We will return.

I was not allowed to stay there once i arrived at the property. I was tolfd that I couldn’t stay in the hotel because I lived less than 100 miles away.

It is not what it seems like in the pictures. There was no actual person at check-in and every guest was complaining about the process and the rooms. It was not good and we ended up not staying here. Please be careful when booking.

Was very dirty and had a few cockroaches laying right on the floor

Our reservation that was made in October of 2023 was cancelled some time in December. We were not notified of the cancellation even though they had the correct email on file because we received a confirmation email. The floors were dirty and paint and drywall were falling off in the bathroom. There was not WiFi for the rooms, only the building where the front desk was. They did allow us to check out late(for a fee) which was nice and they said we would park our car there till the end of the day which was also a huge bonus

They took my reservation when I got there they were booked. They promised me a refund and took my money anyway

Hello, its a great budget hotel. Clean, comfortable, great management, very close to heach and boardwalk

Excellent desk agent. Vic was extraordinarily helpful.

Checking in is the biggest hassle compared to any place I've checked in before plus the bed mattresses collapsed in the middle causing my back to hurt and the sheets made my skin itchy

Did not honor advertised expedia pricing, added $20 "service fee" plus the expected taxes
