Mo provided fantastic hospitality. Very helpful and genuinely welcoming. The hourly rate concept is honestly brilliant, especially for travelers in transit who just need a comfortable place to recharge. Convenient, practical, and run by great people. The paperwork process is a little much so maybe upgrade that. Otherwise, perfect!

Perfect for a short stay
Pros:

I booked a compact room. Room was quite small but I had everything to have a pleasant and relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

It is already week since I am trying to contact hotel to get the invoice, but still - no answer. Booking Support Team on behalf of me could not contact as well :(

Hidden Gem - 5 star suite - One of a kind.
Pros:

I had a 9 hour layover and the suite was exactly what I needed for a comfortable power nap and a hot shower to keep me recharged, all the pleasantries of a 5 star hotel but all within fingertips reach of your boarding gate. I would definitely recommend this for the tired traveler.
