Pros:

Mohammad was quite helpful. The sizes were quite small but did meet the purpose. A little over priced TBH but was OK.

Cons:

Be aware of the Taxes and VAT as the displayed prices are not inclusive of them.

Very comfortable rest whilst waiting for flight, only a v short walk to departure gate
Pros:

Very friendly staff on reception at 7am on 26/2/26 booked for 3 hours for over 4 hour layover

لاشي اعجبني لايمكن الوصول للفندق غير المسافرين
وعدم تعامل مع العميل وخذ المال وعدم سماح بدخول للفندق وتم توصل معاهم بدون فايدة

Cons:

الفندق ليس للعميل بكنق حجز وعدم ادخول الاا المسفرين فقط وهذا سياسة لم نبلغ بها من قبل الفندق واخذ اموالنا عن تحربه فشله ولاا انصح فيه

Cons:

Could not get a clear answer as to the time slot I had requested was confirmed. If short time slots are advertised then the confirmation should confirm the time slot precisely. Not the 24 hour booking time.

Mo provided fantastic hospitality. Very helpful and genuinely welcoming. The hourly rate concept is honestly brilliant, especially for travelers in transit who just need a comfortable place to recharge. Convenient, practical, and run by great people. The paperwork process is a little much so maybe upgrade that. Otherwise, perfect!
