Lief personeel en leuk ingerichte kamer.

Schattige en leuk ingerichte kamer, lief en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Kamer was vochtig en slecht geïsoleerd waardoor de kleding klam werd. We hadden de was service gebruikt van het hotel, echter was onze kleding niet erg schoon en rook het ook niet fris.

Khách sạn thiết kế đúng gu mình, dễ thương, đáng tiền

thuận tiện đi lại, nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình, phòng ốc sạch sẽ dễ chịu, thiết kế 👍

Cons:

để xe có hơi bất tiện nhưng không khó khăn, nhân viên khách sạn đã hỗ trợ nhiệt tình để sắp xếp.

Pros:

The staff is genuinely super sweet and friendly and nice. The hotel is small but very curated, and I really like the mix of fresh flowers and warm cinnamon and anise in the whole building, it gives a cozy and welcoming feel

Cons:

Unfortunately the building is in front of a parking lot, and there can be some noise, but personally I wasn't bothered by it

C'était parfait
Pros:

Le personnel, extrêmement gentil et attentionné. La dame qui s'occupe de l'accueil de jour parle très bien anglais et fait tout pour que le séjour se passe bien. La dame qui s'occupe des petits déjeuners a été également très agréable et toujours souriante.
La literie et le linge de toilette sentent très bon. Le lit est très confortable. Le cadre est très reposant avec toute les plantes qui bordent l'entrée de l'hôtel et le balcon.
Le petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre est très appréciable.
J'ai même eu droit à un petit cadeau à la fin de mon séjour. Merci 🙏
Je recommande sans hésiter 😊

Cons:

Peut-être la baignoire qui pourrait ne pas correspondre à tout le monde étant donné qu'elle est assez petite. Mais ça n'a pas été un problème pour moi.

El personal de este hotel es sencillamente excelente; desde el momento de la llegada nos trataron con una amabilidad y profesionalidad excepcionales. Además, el hotel es precioso y destaca por su buen estilo de decoración, con un diseño muy cuidado en cada rincón. La habitación estaba bastante bien, amplia y cómoda, aunque al entrar se percibía un ligero olor a humedad. A pesar de ese pequeño detalle, la experiencia general fue muy positiva gracias a la belleza del lugar y a su gran equipo.

L'hôtel est magnifique. La décoration est moderne et de bonne qualité. Des fleurs fraîches dans notre chambre. C'est le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons fait au Vietnam. La personne à l'accueil est très gentille et souriante. Elle nous a accueilli avec un thé à l'artichaut et des bananes. L'hôtel est très bien placé, pas très loin du marché de Dalat. A peine 5 mn à pied.

Cons:

L'hôtel est en face d'un parking de cars et les clients de l'hôtel d'à côté étaient très bruyants.
Les gaufres mériteraient d'être légèrement plus cuites. Mais c'était quand même très bon.
