Fine and pleasant hotel
Pros:

Very Friendly staff and very helpful. Its a nice small hotel with a home like touch.
Its location is also perfect, everything mayor is in walking distance.
The hotels look is a mix of industrial and modern

The only small issue is that you hear everything. From the noises outside as wel the noises from your neighbor's

Pour ma part, un très joli hôtel pour les amoureux du design.
Pros:

J’ai tout aimé dans ce joli hôtel, le personnel mais surtout la qualité et la décoration. Tout est fait avec beaucoup de soin et des rails que je n’ai jamais vu dans d’autres hôtels.

Cons:

Seul le petit déjeuner est peut-être pour certaine personne très simple (3 suggestions)

Une adresse pour des sourires et de la bienveillance
Pros:

Petite adresse très bien placée et superbe surprise en arrivant. Nous avons eu un très bel accueil, les chambres sont super confortables et le petit déjeuner est chouette. Nous remercions très fort le personnel car leurs sourires sont précieux ! L’accueil est vraiment top merci !

Pros:

We had an amazing stay at the Note, from the second we stepped out the car, we where greeted with an umbrella as it was raining and tea, we where able to check in early which was greatly appreciated. All staff was so helpful and cheerful and truely made our stay in Da Lat that much better! We were made a delicious coffee on check out too! Thanks so much

Amazing
Pros:

The male receptionist was fantastic. He was genuinely so kind and always jumping to help us, even insisting on carrying the bags to and from the elevator every time. The room was gorgeous as well and we loved all the little details like how amazing it smelled and the cinnamon sticks and pine cones. The bathroom was lovely as well. Everything looked like the photos and they also let us store our bags for the entire day after we checked out. This is such good service and value for money.
