Extremely disappointing experience absolutely not a 3-star standard
This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have ever experienced. As someone who works at the reception of a 5star hotel, I am genuinely shocked that this property is considered a 3 star hotel. In my opinion, the standard offered here is nowhere near what a guest should expect.
The biggest issue is the complete lack of a telephone in the room. As an international guest, this makes you feel genuinely unsafe. If you were to fall, become ill, have an accident, or simply need urgent assistance, you cannot even contact reception from your room. This is not just inconvenient it is a serious safety issue!!!

What made this even worse was an incident with the elevator. One day, the elevator was taken out of service and we were informed about the repair. However, nobody explained how guests were supposed to leave their rooms during the repair. We were literally stuck in our room for few hours with no way to contact reception, because, once again, there was no telephone in the room!?! This is completely unacceptable.
The staff also showed an extremely rigid and unhelpful attitude regarding check-in. Even though the staff knew we had already been at the hotel since around 12:00, they refused to check us in just 10–15 minutes before the official check-in time(14:45), despite the room presumably already being cleaned and ready. Of course, rules are rules, but good hospitality is also about common sense and flexibility.
Things became even more ridiculous when we had two separate reservations for different room standards. The hotel did not offer or help us move our luggage from one room to another after check-out, despite there often being three staff members at reception. This is hardly the level of service one expects from a hotel.
The washing machine was another nightmare.

2.寄放行李標準不一，有些旅客可以寄放，有些不行
3.退房旅館還額外貼出公告:無法暫存行李，為何不一開始就公告旅客無法暫存行李，早知道就不選這家旅館了
