Pros:

清潔感があり室内でベッドルームがさらに分かれてるのでひとりひとりゆっくり過ごせる時間もありました

Cons:

ファミリースイートに滞在しましたが、大人数の部屋だからこそお風呂トイレ別にしていただいたら助かるなと思います

Loved It. Will stay again.
Pros:

We loved the room. The suite that we stayed in had 3 bedrooms. The bed were huge and super comfortable. The pillows were soft too. The main area of the suite was very aesthetic and relaxing. And the Staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

There is only 1 lift. Hence we have to wait quite sometime for the lift.

素晴らしい滞在
Pros:

部屋が広く、清潔感があり、スタッフの対応も素晴らしかった。

Cons:

下水が原因のため、このホテルは直接悪くはないと思うが、排水口付近が臭かったのが気になった。

Pros:

It was right next to Seoul station and lotte mart. The apartment was clean and spacious. It was perfect for our family of 5. Lots of food choices nearby. The reception an cleaning staff at UH suite are the best. They are responsive and very helpful.

The spa took long to fill up and drain out and there was a time limit to when the water needs to be drained out

Pros:

The hotel is close to Seoul Station and the bus station, so it’s easy to get around anywhere.

Cons:

The bathroom is a wet-type bathroom because the shower level is higher than the sink. We mentioned this to the staff, and they were very cooperative. They cleaned the unit every day, which made our stay comfortable.

However, the unit felt a bit too small for a 3 bedroom, with limited space for our suitcases.

窓から見えるソウル市内が最高
Pros:

ソウル駅15番からすぐ、ロッテマート向かい側で移動、買い物に大変便利でした。部屋に歯ブラシ、スリッパありましたしシャンプー類も良い香りでした。食器、カトラリーも十分でした。

Cons:

とくになし。また宿泊したいです。

Amazing location and super convenient stay, but small rooms
Pros:

Super close to Seoul station (go to exit 15 and it’s just a 5min walk!), very clean room and the staff are super lovely. We were able to keep our luggage there before check in and after check out so we could continue exploring before our flight. Close to namdaemun market and walk to Myeong-dong - was so convenient! Amazing windows and natural light.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small- the corridor is narrow.
