I want to express my huge gratitude to the hotel!
From the very first moment, we were welcomed by a wonderful woman at the reception. She was incredibly friendly and was always smiling, which made us feel at home right away.
Everything was spotlessly clean, and we really enjoyed the city as well. Thank you for the warm hospitality, we will definitely be back!

L'amabilitat del personal, un noi de recepció parlava castellà! Els apartaments de 4 nets i ben equipats. Molt ben situat! A la porta para el tramvia que et porta en pocs minuts al centre. Repetiria!

Cons:

El sofà llit una mica incòmode. L'esmorzar el vam trobar car però en la línia dels preus de Ginebra. En general molt bona relació qualitat-preu!

Perfect for a short stay
Pros:

The room had everything I needed for a short stay, the kitchenette was well equipped and the room was very clean. Very convenient location for a business trip, many restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The room could benefit from some decorations as it was very plain and looked a little bit empty. I'd appreciate nicer pillows as the one in the room were very small.

Pros:

Ottimo posizione, la fermata del tram è esattamente davanti all'ingresso della struttura permette di raggiungere la stazione centrale in 15mins.
Camere spaziose, luminose, accoglienti e silenziose dotate di tutti i comfort (pantofole, diversi tipi di tè, caffè, sale e pepe). Mi son trovata benissimo, lo stra consiglio.

Very exhausting and stressful

The tram passing in front of it

Cons:

Everything is charged extra here, even basic cleaning. This is the only hotel I’ve seen where even housekeeping comes at an additional cost. The parking area is there, but it is paid as well. We stayed for three nights and four days without even having our towels changed. We are honestly lucky we checked out without getting jaundice.
