Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Right off of I95. Lovely staff and accommodations. Beds were comfy. Very clean. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. I was able to switch from upper floor to 1st floor (easier with my dog).

Cons:

Nothing about the hotel, itself. Just wish there were restaurants nearby.

Worst Customer Experience ever! Tired Traveler - Business Traveler Be Ware do not stay!
Pros:

Residence Inn by Marriott New Brunswick Tower Center Blvd.
As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member who spent 140 nights in Marriott hotels last year, I was shocked by the level of customer service at this property. I called early in the morning to cancel my reservation due to a canceled meeting—something other Marriott locations routinely accommodate as a courtesy for elite members.
Instead, I was met with rudeness from Tarrell, who told me I’d be charged and would need to speak with the operations manager, Jamie Stout. I called at the times I was told Jamie would be available, only to be given conflicting information. When I finally reached Jamie, I was told the fee would not be waived, even though Marriott corporate confirmed the decision was entirely within the property’s control.
This lack of professionalism and unwillingness to support loyal customers is unacceptable. I’ve stayed at countless Marriott properties and have never encountered treatment like this. I will not be staying here again, and this location has been removed from the list of approved hotels for my peers as well.
