Room was clean and friendly staff
The front desk women was rude, not welcoming. Every interaction with, was unfriendly. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not serviced at all. I asked maid service if she would please service our room, she said they didn’t have clean towels. I asked if she could please service even without the clean towels. That didn’t happen at all during our stay.
The staff was amazing
Very quick and easy check in
Nice, large room.
Excellent service.
Thanks.
very clean and convenient to fields for lacrosse tournament
The property was nice. The lady who checked me in was not friendly. A little rude. But overall it was a nice place to stay.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, the location for us was great because it was close to dining and the lacrosse fields for the tournament. The breakfast cost was $10 and was mediocre at best. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but the options in the snack shop were limited. Overall it was a nice stay and I would stay here again.
Convenient. Easy on/off to I-95, quiet, clean, nice rooms, nice area, close to several eateries, friendly/efficient staff, and parking.
great
Everything was very good about the stay.
I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bel Air for one night while visiting family in the area for Easter. I must say I really enjoyed my stay. The ladies at the desk Cheryl and Yolanda were both awesome. They helped me navigate the area and made good suggestions for food located nearby. There is also a Homewood Suites next door and two other hotels nearby. All of them seem newer. Right off of the highway exit but far enough away to not be too loud. I had a King Room which everything seemed to work well. I found the bed extremely comfortable and the pillows are actually regular sized.
I did check out the small gym which wasn't crowded I thought everything was in excellent shape. There is also a small salt water pool. They have a charging station for EV vehicles and the breakfast was 10 dollars but looked really good. Even the sausage looked tasty. I would totally stay here again and it was one of the better experiences I've ever had at a Hilton Garden Inn. Also there is a grocery store and restaurants located nearby.
Super property.
The staff was very kind to work with me at check-in, and extremely pleasant. They were able, and willing, to accommodate my request. The entire hotel had an air of quiet peacefulness about it that has been lacking at others where I've stayed. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty decent but the waitress was phenomenal - very efficient and friendly.
From the minute we walked in Yolanda greeted us. She was very pleasant. The property was nice and clean. I got food from the bar and it came out in a timely manor. The rooms were spacious.
We were here for 1 night and it was an easy on and off from 95.
This place is wonderful! Love it!! The ladies working the front desk are so helpful and friendly. It’s an easy drive right off I95. The hotel is pretty new. Everything is clean and welcoming. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you’re ever in the area. Sadly, however, I probably won’t be staying there again. Driving from New York to Florida was an absolute nightmare. 17 hours from Baltimore to Brunswick, Georgia on I 95!!!! Worst traffic I’ve ever seen in my life ( and I’ve driven it many times) Flying from now on. However, if you are anywhere near this location do yourself a big favor and stay at this hotel. Nicest Hilton Garden Inn I’ve stayed in for sure.
Great service! Our bartender was friendly
No “C” jacks for charging electronics.
Bartender and hostess were fantastic.
Problems with the tv., otherwise everything was good.
We stopped here on our way travelling North, and we were given room 301, a room with two Queen size beds. The Hotel looks new, and is big in size, and is modern and is clean.
No safe is in the room, but the room has some drawers and shelfs, with an iron and board in the closet, with a full length mirror. The room has a mini refrigerator and a mini microwave. There is no clock in the room, and there is no tub in the room, but the shower is a large size, but the bathroom has a sliding door that has no locks on it.
Breakfast is not free, but parking is free self parking on the premises, and there are plenty of parking spots on the premises. We did not buy their Breakfast instead we ate food at restaurants in the area.
The Hotel Lobby has a full service Bar, but they have hours for when it is open, and the Dining room and Lobby have plenty of seating. The Hotel has a mini market with a lot of snack type items to choose on, as well as alcohol for sale in the mini market, all located near the reception desk area. There are 2 big Elevators that move quickly.
There is a complementary Business Center, Fitness Center, Indoor Pool, and there are two outside patio style seating areas on the premises. There is also guest laundry with a couple of machines and a folding table. The Hotel has a large section that has meeting rooms that are located on it's own wing of the Hotel near the Lobby.
Customer service is friendly and professional. The Hotel is not far to drive to plenty of restaurants and stores to eat and shop.
The Hotel will charge you extra money if you do a late check out. For our stay we had the cleaning service knock on our door several times before check out time, it was annoying, but because they were seemingly a nice set of staff, I will assume that it was probably just our situation with the person waiting to get into our room on check out day that was doing that kind of behavior perhaps and hopefully without the Hotel's knowledge.
Overall this is a very nice hotel and it deserves the 5 Stars, and we would stay there again if in the area.
