It was pleasant.
Pros:

The room was warm and inviting. I liked having two chairs to sit in and two places to lay a suitcase. When we found a couple of broken items in the room (the toilet paper holder fell off the wall and the outlet in the bathroom was loose), the manager had them fixed within the hour. The staff were accommodating. I liked having the coffee stand available all day in the lobby.

Cons:

Breakfast was adequate. The eggs each day were not the best. The omelets were dry and the scrambled eggs were watery. I liked the mini scones and the waffles. My partner follows a kosher diet, so he could only eat the chicken sausage the one day it was offered out of the 4 days we ate at the hotel.

Also, the bed mattress was too hard. It was hard to sleep on.

I did not like having to pay about $20 a night more each night we stayed there for an accessible room. I cannot access a tub and needed the shower...

Lovely helpful staff. The lady on the evening shift was particularly lovely.

Not too far to walk into olean to venues like the (amazing) beef n barrel and the equally wonderful old library

Cons:

Everything was great but what let this hotel down a little was the breakfast. There were just three hot options, scrambled egg, potatoes and a sausage patty. I would have expected a couple more options having come from another hotel in this style. The breakfast was self serve which is fine but came with plastic knives and forks and paper plates. I would have expected more than this. Otherwise a good hotel

This was the worst hotel stay ever

Cons:

I didn't like any of it I woke up in the middle of night eating alive by some sort of bug and dug them bug bites so we left at 6:00 in the morning and we got there at 11:00 so we barely even stayed for over $300 plus $250 security deposit we're supposed to stay ever

Cons:

THe staff was patronizing and ultimately uncooperative in attempting to solve a double booking by Booking . COM. After several calls, personal requests to staff and Booking, for a very obvious mistake, I gave up and decided I would never use Bookibg again and I would contact Hilton directly as both the hotel and Booking ignored my problem.

Was a great stay for the week we were there.
Pros:

Easy to enter and exit. Everything was clean and tidy. Most everyone was friendly with a few exceptions. Wendy was awesome, very helpful right from the time we arrived.
