Poorly designed rooms, especially if staying with more than one person.
Pros:

Location. Spacious rooms.

Cons:

The room is designed for only one person. Light bleed from bathroom area. No true door to the toilet/shower room. No fan in that room. Nowhere to hang a hand towel in the bathroom sink area. Garbage can in kitchen didn’t have the liner in it. No dimmable lights next to bed. Unhidden electrical area. So many doors to check into from elevator to the room. Can’t cool the room below 65 degrees. Really poorly designed. Won’t be staying again.

Pros:

Super clean and nice I just wish hotel price was a bit cheaper or else we would have stayed for another two nights

Cons:

Nothing is was all really nice just no parking unless you pay $66 per night for valet

Parfait très bel hôtel

Cons:

Le bruit intense provenant de la ventilation qui se trouve sur le toit mais au dessous de notre chambre au 5eme étage - très désagréable c’est dommage car la literie est très confortable

excellent Berkeley stay
Pros:

I mostly liked the hotel's location, breakfast, view, lobby, and taxi service. Additionally, reception personnel were very helpful in answering my questions about the city. When we had a fire alarm in the middle of the night, hundreds of customers left the hotel safely. The hotel staff was very helpful and smiling.

Great hotel in a very walkable city - Right next to UC Berkeley campus. Lots of food choices in nearby restaurants! And Target is around the corner which was an added bonus.
Loved the breakfast every morning. Plenty of food choices.
Had a few issues figuring out the washing machine - but got it done!

GREAT Hotel Stay
Pros:

I always have a great stay at this hotel. It's in a wonderful location with many restaurants and shopping places nearby. It's adjacent to UC Berkley and it's fun to walk on the campus. The staff is very good at this hotel and pleasant to work with.

Great location, close to Berkley and good food and coffee. The hotel exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

The room was huge and loved that it had a kitchen, sitting area and a separate office area. The bed was comfortable and the room was really clean and nice.

Cons:

The automatic light in the bathroom was a little annoying because it went on when you walked by and because I get up in the night, it lit up the whole room.

Excellent petit-déjeuner, personnel agréable ; très bon emplacement par rapport à l'Université. Proche des transports, les bus ou le BART (qui est juste à côté et qui permet de venir très facilement depuis l'aéroport et d'aller à San Francisco).
