Ottima posizione, ma camere piccolissime e colazione inesistente non vale la pena
Pros:

Hotel con ottima posizione, simpatico il check-in con i robot, ma se hai bisogno di consigli è limitante.

Cons:

La camera piuttosto piccola, non riuscivamo ad aprire le valigie. La colazione veramente pessima, scarsa, tanto che dal secondo giorno abbiamo preferito mangiare fuori.

Angenehmes Hotel
Pros:

Automatischer Check-in/out und Roboter am Eingang. Leise und gute Heizung. Viele koreanische Restaurants gleich nebenan.

Cons:

Frühstück ist gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich.

Pros:

I really liked the fact that the hotel was in the center of Seoul, the room was spacious , the breakfast was good and diversified. I'm extremely satisfied and I recommend it :)

Cons:

Too strict with check in. The machine let us check in 20min before & the lady agent abruptly & rudely deleted what i was doing on the machine. 10minutes later she let us check in anyway. She apologized but the way she stopped us was rude & uncalled for.

Pros:

Todo bien. Llama la atención dinosaurios y robots. La ubicacion es inmejorable a pasos de estacion de metro, en el mero centro de la accion, el personal muy amable. El desayuno riquisimo. Volveria sin dudarlo.

Overall, it’s a cosy, compact, comfortable with convenient location to stay. A great experience.
Pros:

It’s a new experience to enter a hotel greeted by 2 robots, 2 “dinosaurs” and easy self service check-in. The customer service is excellent. Mr J.W. Lee assisted us on our first day as we found our bed dusty and has stained of dust mites/bed bugs. He went to and fro several times to helped changed our bed sheets and quilt covers. He also assisted us to ensure our rooms and bed sheets are properly cleaned. He patiently translated his answers (Korean to English) to our questions and also helped us to changed tv subtitles to English (although the setting only lasted for one day as the tv seems to have reset the next day).

Cons:

1) It would have been good if there’s a device in the room for guest to call front / home services instead of guest having to go to lobby to make the call as there’s no phone in the room
2) Remote control for the TV should have English translation instead of all in Korean unless you are not expecting any foreign visitors.
3) TV should have more English channels or channels with English or other choices of language subtitles.
4) There should be more hanging or shelving area in the toilet

Отличное расположение, хорошие завтраки.

Cons:

Для 3х в стандартном номере будет очень тесно, очень сильно грел кондиционер, уменьшить температуру не получилось. Было душно.
