A very handy hotel for Ft. Myers Airport.
Pros:

Excellent location for Ft. Myers airport...we had an early flight to Chicago.
Easy to park, capacious room, nice TV reception (we watched the World Cup final), quiet at night, nice shower, plenty of hot water, plenty of counter space, nicely equipped kitchen with large fridge.

Cons:

You need to drive a few miles to find a restaurant or gas station, nothing within walking distance.

I was told to cancel my reservation since I had two….then I ended up having no where to stay, I ended up paying (should of went elsewhere) got my room keys I was on the third floor I had all my stuff in my arms went to the third floor, the keys didn’t work plus the hall ways felt like a sauna no ac, during my stay there, the lobby smelt like a rotten lake. The channel selection wasn’t great the streaming services didn’t work at one point and time, they even shut off the water for a 30 minute duration of time im glad I brushed my teeth showered before that happened this was quite the first experience at this hotel as well with this brand of hotel.

Our go to hotel for late RSW arrivals
Pros:

Have stayed at this hotel several times when I have a later flight. It’s super close to the airport and the staff is very friendly and helpful. When my husband and I entered the hotel around 11:30 pm Saturday night we were just planning to use our digital key and go directly to our room. One of the very helpful young men at the front desk walked over and greeted us and explained the motion control lighting in the room. The woman working the front desk during breakfast on Mother’s Day went above and beyond to help numerous guests. I didn’t catch her name but I observed her interacting with numerous guests. She even helped a lady walking with a cane get her breakfast and coffee. The entire staff made us feel welcome. I was concerned my first floor room may be noisy but it was super quiet. Thanks for the great stay , we will return!!

Stay for spring training and airport
Pros:

Clean, newer feeling hotel. Liked the room size. Location to airport and restaurants and shopping and spring training ballparks was great.

Cons:

Lobby smelled bad for some reason both days.. Air conditioner never stopped. There was no setting to adjust. When set to cool, it just stayed on.
