The staff were very helpful, cheerful and polite.
The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable.

One night receptionist could have been more helpful to the clearly new member of staff working the bar on that Saturday night, when it was very busy.

The location was the reason we stayed and at the right price
Breakfast selection was brilliant.
Being picky; sausages was mushy in texture and the little hush puppies where not crunchy, eggs NOT good.
Moulds in the bathroom shower door, sides and ceiling, could have been cleaned.
There is no toothpaste provided. Other 3 star hotels provides toothpaste.

The hotel was clean, spacious and had great facilities. Loved the walk in shower. Breakfast was great. Really convenient location for an event at Wycombe abbey. Will definitely stay again

Cook staff did not have hair net and gloves when replacing food items
Bathroom has moldy shower hinges and did not provide toothpaste being 4 star hotel
