The staff are very good and helpful specially Elkins and very clean the hotel
Nothing everything was amazing
The room was very comfortable, with most of what you might need: a small desk space, some hanging options, fridge, kettle, ironing kit, safe, and hairdryer. Staff were extremely courteous and happy to help, and the breakfast was a really nice mix of hot and cold options. Air conditioning worked well (though it can take a while to update settings changes) and excellent shower.
I do think its a bit ridiculous to have to pay for parking on top of the price of the room on arrival, and this wasn't made very clear during booking. It isn't extortionate, but considering the car park is private to the hotel, it does feel odd.

het ontbijt was goed, voldoende mogelijkheden . misschien aan de andere zijde van het restaurant nog een koffie automaat en een afruim kar.
misschien 2 sleutels als er twee mensen verblijven in 1 kamer. nu is het moeilijk als je niet samen weg gaat,
iedere dag bedden op maken.

Mistake with the key cards meant someone entered our room, as he was assigned the same room as us.
The staff were very friendly
The bacon was not to my taste. Scrambled egg was the only egg option (husband dislikes Scrambled egg but loves other eggs). No decaffeinated tea or coffee in the room, we had to collect decaffeinated every morning from the breakfast layout (had requested decaffeinated via an email sent to us during our first day. Email reply said it would be arranged but nothing was received)
The modern style of the hotel and the large reception area. It was free to park your car.
Cars parking in the EV charging area which weren't even electric vehicles. The breakfast was poor and chaotic. Food cold, the coffee machine needed the waste granules emptying and it took 30 minutes for a member of staff to do it. Cutlery, bread and sugar in the wrong places which meant you had to lean over people to get them. No fried or poached eggs which when I asked the lady said she would have to warm the eggs up in a microwave! No cooked porridge just pot noodle style.
The bar was mega expensive, over £8 for a pint of IPA,hence we didn't drink much in the hotel.
The air con in our room did nothing meaning it was too hot and stuffy to sleep. Even after reporting it to staff.
The shower and handbasin are blocked and need someone to clean out the waste traps.
