Location and Decor. It was clean.
The beds are too hard for my liking and the pillows are too soft.
Good and it's the same after 4 visit to this hotel.maybe have unsmoked bacon also as not everyone likes smoked bacon and just pork sausages.
Room had old sellotape left on the floor and outside the lifts their was a dirty q tip left there.
It was very clean and the staff were very helpful

We enjoyed our two night break at this hotel. We had booked 2x king rooms and 1x queen accessible. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, loved the huge wall mounted TVs and having a fridge in each room, always a bonus! The breakfast was great, lots of choice and also cater for vegan. All of the staff were so friendly; happy to chat and have a laugh, which make it a more enjoyable experience.
The queen accessible room was lovely and spacious, the bathroom in particular was very well thought out catering for disabilities.
Despite the hotel being next to busy main roads it was very quiet and peaceful in the rooms.
The hotel is just a 10minute drive from the beautiful town of Marlow.
The only reason why we marked this down is because the beds were all quite low. This was a bit of an issue for our 87 year old mum who has hip and back problems so was in the accessible room. She did manage to get herself up and down, but it was a bit of a struggle for her. We had to ensure her walker and the chairs were next to her bed to aid her in pulling herself up from the bed. Not ideal but the best we could do under the circumstances. We did ask at reception if they had any higher beds, extra mattresses or bed rails but unfortunately they could not provide any of these.
I would highly recommend you fit bed rails to safely assist people getting up and down from these low beds.

A modern hotel set on the edge of the M40 which proved to be an ideal location for our stay. The rooms were air conditioned and wifi and breakfast were included.
Car parking was confusing on arrival until we belatedly saw the sign for parking at the rear of the hotel. A round of drinks was expensive. The mattress creaked every time I moved.
Ruime kamers, goede sanitaire voorzieningen, stil en alles goed geïsoleerd op geluid. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Veel bewegingsvrijheid in en om het hotel. Eigen laadpalen voor hybride en elektrische auto's.
Lokatie was dermate goed, dat er veel mensen kwamen werken, vergaderen, workshops volgen, gebruik maakten van doorreismogelijkheid.
Parkeerplaatsen zijn er te weinig op het terrein van hotel. Zeker in de avond-uren een probleem.
Hotel ligt aan een drukke doorgaande weg (achterzijde).
