Very comfortable and pleasant- would stay again.
Pros:

Easy access , good parking and comfortable. Reception staff excellent. Breakfast staff need a little work.

Cons:

Breakfast needs work. People would be happy to pay for breakfast to get a better breakfast- more choice, better quality. We had breakfast once and not again for 5 days. Proper coffee too please.

Clean and comfortable with friendly helpful staff
Pros:

Lovely and clean, friendly helpful staff. Did appreciate room safe for valuables. Although hotel is fairly close to the M40 we never heard any traffic noise at all, so big thumbs up for double(triple) glazing. With breakfast, you could choose continental, cooked, combination of both or just toast ….. the choice was yours. However, we did not like the coffee from the machine so stuck to juice or water. Overall our stay was pleasant enough.

Cons:

Hotel, in my opinion, is aimed more at the one or two nighter stay business people who would not require anything more than a couple of coat hangers and a drawer for storage, somewhere to put their head down and a shower. Although our room was spacious it did lack a bit more storage for clothing (we were staying for 3 nights). Bed was comfortable but I was dismayed to see, on our final morning, the cover had slipped exposing a small blood stain. Charging for car parking was a bit unexpected but I can fully understand why you had to pay.

Pros:

Only stayed one night but the hotel, staff and cleanliness of the hotel was spot on, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great plenty of choice, would definitely stay again.

A great experience.
Pros:

The Hilton was a real step up for us in terms of staying in High Wycombe. We tend to avoid it because most of the hotels are poor. So it was delight to step into a fresh, clean modern hotel with all the facilities one expects. We will be back

The bed mattress could have been more supportive.
The cooked breakfast, though of good quality and with a fair number of items wasn’t hot. The plates weren’t warmed and the trays with the foods on didn’t seem to be heated.

Comfortable room and good powerful shower.

Cons:

We arrived 15 minutes before the official check-in time and were told that we could have the room for an extra £10 charge. This has never happened to us before and we travel extensively. We thought that this was churlish in the extreme and relayed this to the reception team. We got the impression that this was not the first time that this complaint had been made. Management should be able to exercise a level of discretion on the check-in time, depending on occupancy of the hotel etc.
