Das Frühstück war sehr fein, frisch und hatte eine grosse Auswahl. Es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas, und alles war liebevoll angerichtet.

Cons:

Das Tram, das man hört, ist zwar gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber man kann nicht alles haben. Dafür waren die Betten mega bequem.

Great Swiss Experience
Pros:

The whole hotel & staff was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. Little things make the difference, thr mini-bar being free, chocolate and water on departure and the free publuc transport, make a tremendous difference to the stay.

Cons:

The room we had on the 4th floor was a little noisy with trams and loud nightlife on thr Saturday.

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war excellent! Ein wunderbarer Frühstücksraum, ein sehr gutes Buffet, alles sehr frisch und appetitlich, frisch gepresste Säfte, tolle Auswahl an verschiedenen Obstsorten, Müsli's , Nüssen, Joghurten, Schinken, Lachs, usw.....Eierspeisen werden nach Wunsch zubereitet und an den Tisch gebracht.. Alles in allem hervorragend!
Die Strassenbahn fährt am Haupteingang des Hotels vorbei. Von hier aus gelangt man wirklich überall hin (zum Beispiel die Fondation Beyerle) und das Beste: als Hotelgast fährt man kostenlos und kann überall einfach ein und aussteigen!
Unser Zimmer lag auf der Rückseite des Hotels und war sehr ruhig. Man befindet sich in der Innenstadt, alle Geschäfte, der Marktplatz und die beeindruckende Kathedrale erreicht man in 10 Min. zu Fuss.

Cons:

Nichts! Es war alles perfekt.

Pros:

Wir haben vor Ort ein Upgrade auf eine Juniorsuite erhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön ausgestattet und das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr vielfältig und lecker.

Besonders freundliches und zuvorkommendes Team! Perfekte Lage, sehr schönes Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider war der Parkettboden nicht sauber gereinigt. Es hatte Staub, Kunststoffteil von einer Kleideretikette etc. Das war schade.

Zentral gelegen mit nüchternen Reinheit

Sehr gelegen, alles sauber

Cons:

Praktisch aber unnahbar, alles etwas kühl incl. Mitarbeiter und Zimmer. Das Zimmer wird mit Warmwasser in den Wänden beheizt. Mehr als 20 Grad gibt es nicht. Ein zusätzlicher Heizofen hat dann geholfen. Wir waren 7 Personen und abends um 19.00 Uhr wollte man uns für eine Std. den Tagungsraum nicht geben. Vorher buchbar für CHF 1.500,—. Optional konnten wir ohne Service nach dem Essen im Eingang ohne Service sitzen. Alles etwas nüchtern.

Zentral und schön aber laut.
Pros:

Dies war unser drittes Aufenthalt. Wir mögen besonders die zentrale Lage und der Art-Deco Stil des Hotels.

Cons:

Achtung Straßenlärm! Leider war das gebuchte Junior Suite Zimmer sehr laut (1. Etage, Straßenseite mit Straßenbahnlinien von früh morgens bis spät abends). Wir konnten zwar ein anderes Zimmer (kein Junior Suite) bekommen, mussten aber ein Downgrade ohne finanzielle Entschädigung akzeptieren. Junior Seite Zimmer befinden grundsätzlich nur an der Straßenseite, die sehr laut ist.
