Super !!!
Pros:

Personalmässig super nett und bemüht, Lage war super man konnte ohne Auto oder öffentliche Verkehrsmittel super gut die Stadt erkunden. Was noch Mega war man musste nicht mal das Auto selbst parken das haben die Mitarbeiter immer übernommen. Wenn ich wieder mal dort sein sollte werde ich wieder das Hotel buchen 👍

Großartiges Hotel!
Pros:

Inmitten der Altstadt. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr sauberes Hotel. Unfassbar freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Immer wieder gerne!

Pros:

Frühstück war ok,bei Nachfrage haben die Kellner sich bemüht und haben sofort Nachschub gebracht 🤗Es war im allgemeinen sehr gut und sauber.Mitten in der Stadt und sehr freundliches Personal !!!
Was braucht man mehr 🤗

Cons:

Es gab für mich nichts was ich mit schlecht bewerten würde.

Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt :)

Cons:

Im Großen und Ganzen war das Hotel sauber, allerdings gab es vereinzelt kleinere Punkte, bei denen die Sauberkeit verbessert werden könnte.

Great location in the middle of Diyarbakir old city
Pros:

The location is superb! Hotel is near the Ulu Camii, Diyarbakir Castle and main shopping area - all within walking distance. Many eateries too. The facilities are clean and they serve water and çay all day for free.

Cons:

If not for the strong smoke smell in the room, it would have been a perfect stay.

Tatil amaçlı konaklama.
Pros:

Otel güzeldi, odalar geniş ve temiz. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Çalışan personellerde güleryüzlüydü. Konuma da çok iyidi bizim için.

Cons:

Tam hotelden ayrılırken yani check-out yaparken büyük hayal kırıklığı yaşadım. İçmediğimiz cam suyun parasını bize ödettirdiler. Zaten en başından mini barda o cam suyu yoktu. Ben hayatımda böyle rezil bir durum ile karşılaşmadım. Hakkımı da helal etmiyorum. Elbette Allah soracak bunun hesabını. Ben Rabbime güveniyorum. Kimsenin yaptığını yanına bırakmayacağını çok iyi biliyorum. Ben bu olayı yaşamadan önce tekrar Diyarbakı’a gidersek yine aynı hotelde konaklamayı düşünüyordum ama asla. Yazıklar olsun. Maalesef böyle yaparak, müşteri kaybetmiş oldular. Bu hotelde konaklayarak büyük hata etmişim. Gözümden düşmüş oldular. Böylece deneyimlemiş oldum.

Sur içinde nokta atışı konaklama
Pros:

Kahvaltı salonu/ bar çalışanlarından resepsiyona herkes çok özverili.
Otoparkı olması öyle büyük avantaj ki! Ve otopark çalışanları çok yardımcı oluyorlar.
Kahvaltısı da çeşitli ve özenli.
Otelin kendiliğinden sunduğu çay ikramları, çıkış günümüzde otopark kullanımı ile ilgili kolaylık sağlamaları ve tüm yardımseverlikleri aklımızda yer etti.

Cons:

Tek beğenmediğim nokta: otel ortasındaki büyük avluda sigara içildiğinde oda kapınız avluya açılıyorsa rahatsız edici olabiliyor. Benzer şekilde orada büyük bir grup varsa (biz kalırken vardı) gürültüsü odaya geliyor.
