Our stay at the Taj Wellington Mews was truly full of joy and exceptional care. From the moment we arrived, the smooth check-in process and a thoughtful welcome gift set the tone for a perfect visit.

​The rooms are incredibly spacious and kept in pristine condition. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team led by Anamika, who did a fantastic job ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. We were also blown away by the splendid breakfast platter—the variety was wide, and every dish was delicious.

I would like to compliment Namira, Rupali, Shankar, Sumit for their out standing service and best hospitality. Very friendly staff , room is very beautiful and with best view. This is my first time visit and best experience I have got here.

I had a special stressful circumstance which forced a visit to chennai . The staff at hotel took care of us like family. I have been in hospitality for 25 years and can feel it when i see a wining team at work. This wonderful humans lead by Mandeep are true professionals and in hospitality it means a perfect combination of skill and heart.

I stayed there with my wife and kids and this team took really good care of us.

Rooms were hygienic and classy.

Food was awesome . Kids had a great time as they had be friended the staff and custom-orders were dashed out. I just love pesto and sour cream cheese . From Day 2, they used to be on my table without asking.

Overall it was a truly memorable experience for entire family….

I strongly recommend the place if you want to taste what true hospitality is.

Ms Kaur and her team is exceptional...while I have stayed in multiple properties of taj and ITC, the courtesy extended by her and the promptness, is a must as mention. She is an asset to IHCL, take good care of her.

As always, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Taj Wellington, Chennai.

The entire team went out of their way to make me feel cared for. The General Manager, Ms. Mandeep Kaur, kindly arranged a warm khada tea, which greatly helped soothe my sore throat.

The gym staff were extremely supportive in ensuring the steam and sauna were operational, which helped me recover from a blocked nose.

Rajeswari truly went beyond her duty hours to ensure I received warm toast, boiled eggs, and thoughtful home remedies to ease my cold and body ache.

Such genuine care and attention make every stay at Taj Wellington a truly comforting experience.

Overall Food experience is average. Standard and regular menu with no variety and not even hot food served. Better different variety foods can be served
