This is such a lovely hotel. South East Asia's first female led hotel. We loved everything about it, it really is a great place to stay

TAJ Wellington Mews Chennai was an excellent stay experience. The Taj Group's hospitality never fails to impress, and this property is no exception. From the warm welcome to the attentive service throughout our stay, every interaction reflected their commitment to guest satisfaction.
The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, making them ideal for both short and extended stays. The overall ambiance is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly suited for both business and leisure travelers.
A special callout to Rajeswari Menon and the entire team for their exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay truly memorable. My appreciation also extends to everyone else who contributed behind the scenes to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience.
Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying at TAJ Wellington Mews Chennai again in the future.

Maybe pricing can be slightly better
Large rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, decent sized tv with streaming.
I checked in very late (2am, so I was exhausted) and the person who checked me in "upgraded" me without my permission to a room with a balcony. I was charged more per night without agreeing to the upgrade, I had no need for a balcony, and the balcony door let a lot of ambient noise (especially the ubiquitous car-honking) around the clock.
