The staff was extremely helpful providing support to contact a store I had an issue with - I'm very grateful!
The room size was much bigger than I expected, with comfortable bed and a bath, so it felt nice inside the space.
The location is simply great.
No slide doors on entrance - had trouble getting inside the hotel with heavy suitcases.
Breakfast wasn't abundant - not much variety, undrinkable coffee, and egg trays were always empty.
The light switches and sockets were designed by a mad man - their locations weren't accessible from the bed, and overall it was too complicated and inconvenient.
Spacious rooms, pool was heated, open till 21.30.
Sometimes missing towels by the pool, but not a big deal.
The rooms were nicely furnished. The property is located close to the beach.
Unfortunately every time we returned to the room, the room had a bad sewerage smell. The smell reduced when the aircon was running but it was very unpleasant. Also, there was a construction site nearby. We felt this should be mentioned in the property description on Booking.com.

L’emplacement est top, c’est propre. Nous avions des chambres communicantes.
Pour un hôtel moderne, c’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de prise USB déjà intégré dans la chambre ou plus de prises normales pour la recharge des appareils. Un ou deux support valises seraient les bienvenus car tout doit être mis par terre.

La piscine en roof-top et la vue. La taille de la chambre. L'accueil toujours ouvert et le personnel agréable. La supérette dans l'hôtel. L'emplacement près des plages et des rues animées. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet. La vue dégagée avec un petit bout de mer.
Une odeur désagréable dans la chambre et le refus de me changer de chambre. Dommage car la chambre était spacieuse et bien aménagée.
L'éclairage trop faible dans la chambre; elle était sombre même avec toutes les lumières allumées.

Das Hotelzimmer war ziemlich modern, grosszügig und sauber. Die Lage des Hotels hat für uns gut gepasst und auch der Pool auf der Terrasse ist sehr schön.
Das Zimmer war trotz Fenster etwas dunkel, war für uns aber nicht weiter schlimm.
Fijne en mooie hotelkamer dichtbij het strand.

No hooks to hang towels in the bathroom
We got a free upgrade and ended up with a room on the 12th floor, which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. It was also very quiet, so we had a great night’s sleep. There’s a convenience store on the ground floor, which is super handy for drinks or snacks. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
The room wasn’t 100% clean — we found some black hairs in the bathroom. Also, the rain shower head could use replacing, as it has definitely seen better days.
