We were very happy staying there and think we made a right choice.
Pros:

The room is well maintained, quite new and very clean. The beds are very comfortable with choices of pillow. The windows on the roadside are double glazing so it's very quiet. The location is quite convenient for our trip plan, kind of in the middle of the attractions (actually right in front of Hashiguiiwa Rocks). It's value for money.

Cons:

Since the place has and doesn't has what they tell upfront, so no complain. We wish there are more places for breakfast nearby, but that's beyond their control.

Pros:

The hotel is wonderful, the staf is gently and politely. It’s extremely clean. The bed is comfortable and the shower is great.
There is a beautiful place to stay and relax downstairs and we can use the kitchen.
The location is amazing!!! In front of a wonderful beach.
I highly recommend!

Bien situé pour aller voir le lever du soleil en face de l’hotel.
Bien situé pour visiter Kumano Nachi Tashai tot avant qu’il n’y ait trop de monde.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit einem tollen Zimmer, tollem Garten und sehr netten Momenten (wie der zurückgebrachten Kre

Zimmer & Ausblick: Das Zimmer war absolut wunderschön und sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick in einen wunderschönen Garten, und wenn man vor das Hotel trat, blickte man auf eindrucksvolle Felsen – das war wirklich ein Highlight!
Lage & Anbindung: Die Bahnstationen sind zwar etwas weiter entfernt, sodass man entweder ein Stück läuft oder ein Taxi nimmt (was preislich im Rahmen ist, wenn man es so wählt), aber die Umgebung ist charmant.
Sprachbarriere: Das Personal an der Rezeption sprach zwar kaum Englisch, aber mit ein paar Brocken Japanisch und Übersetzungs-Apps ließ sich alles problemlos regeln.
Besonderes Lob: Ein riesiges Dankeschön an den Concierge, der meinem Freund bei der Abreise ist, weil ihm die Kreditkarte aus der Tasche gefallen war. Das war unglaublich aufmerksam und super lieb!

Cons:

Gepäckversand bei der Abreise: Hier gab es leider einen großen Frustmoment. Der Hotel-Gepäckservice läuft nicht mehr über das gewohnte Verfahren (Formular ausfüllen und fertig), sondern über einen externen Anbieter mit Registrierung, QR-Code und einem Drucker. Der anwesende Mitarbeiter hatte absolut keine Ahnung, wie das System funktioniert, wusste nicht, wo der QR-Code gescannt werden muss und dass der Drucker überhaupt eingeschaltet werden muss.
Stress bei der Abreise: Nach langem Rätseln mussten wir uns als Gäste komplett selbst durchwurschteln, was eigentlich nicht unsere Aufgabe sein sollte. Am Ende funktionierte das Scannen des Codes gar nicht erst. Da auf die Schnelle kein Taxi verfügbar war, mussten wir unsere schweren Koffer 20 Minuten lang selbst zum Bahnhof schleppen, um unseren Zug noch zu erwischen. Ohne dieses Drama hätten wir ganz entspannt mit leichtem Handgepäck laufen können.
