旅行客に寄り添う、思いやりを感じる宿泊でした。
Pros:

ノープランで遅い到着にもかかわらず、親切に観光スポットを教えてもらい、その通りに行動して大満足の旅でした。
ガイドに載っていない駐車場の情報なども教えてもらい、短い滞在を最大限、有意義に過ごせました。
この情報がなければ、かなり無駄をしていたと思います。
朝の窓からの景色は、まるで動く絵画でした。（夜の到着だったため、余計に感動しました）

Cons:

スタッフさんおすすめの日の出が、くもりで見られなかったことです。
海から上がる太陽を眺めるのは、次回の訪問に取っておきます。

日の出は橋杭の岩の背後から
Pros:

翌朝の日の出の時間がチェックイン時に教えてもらえました。
（ネタバレになりますが）アンケート回答への答礼のささやかな品物は缶コーラでした。

Cons:

車で来ないと大変。
暑い季節や風の強い寒い季節は串本駅から30分弱の歩きで来るのは無理なんじゃないかな。

オフシーズンのお得感
Pros:

景色。
オーシャンビュー側の部屋でなくても廊下の窓から日の出は見えます。
山側の部屋からは紀勢本線の線路が見えます。

Cons:

ホテル駐車場目の前の道路がカーブしていて、そこを高速で通過する車を避けて出入りするのがちょっと怖いです。

広いふかふかのベッドで最高！
Pros:

部屋がきれいで広いです。
コーヒーサーバーが追加料金なしで自由に使えます。
インスタントのお味噌汁も食べ放題です。
スタッフさん達が皆んなとっても親切で、観光情報など何でも教えてもらえます。

Cons:

シャンプーで髪がキシキシになりました。宿泊してから1ヶ月以上経ちますが、まだ髪の調子が戻りません。
髪質を気にされる方は気に入ったシャンプーを持参した方が良いです。
あとお風呂に湯船がなくシャワーのみです。
