Bad experience.
Pros:

Location and aircond.

Cons:

Firstly, it took almost 30 minutes to settle just one customer during check-in. It was a Malay uncle wearing glasses, and he served poorly. We assume he might have been stressed due to work pressure because he didn’t smile and didn’t apologize for making us wait while attending to the previous customer. Or maybe, since he sees us as young and possibly unmarried, and because we are Malay, he might think we’re doing something wrong.

Secondly, the room was so-so. There were a few stains on the bed sheets, which you can refer to in the photos. The management should come down to check the hotel. The walls also had stains. When we were lying down, our bodies started to itch everywhere. We’re not sure when the bed sheets and pillowcases were last changed. We stayed for two nights. On the second day, we asked them to clean our room, but they only took out the rubbish, changed the towels, topped up mineral water, and swept. The bed sheets and pillowcases were still the same as the previous day. The cleanliness was very poor.

Thirdly, at check-out, a lady attended to us. Maybe we checked out a bit early, around 10:30 AM, but her facial expressions seemed double-edged. Overall, guys, think carefully before choosing to stay here.

Horrible room conditions
Pros:

The bed sheets and pillow covers were stained.Room condition was really bad where the walls has stains everywhere. One particular one looked like someone splashed something nasty on the wall. The bath towel were also yellowish. Very disappointing stay. I highly doubt how it got a 9 rating on his platform !
