Beklentimi karşıladı.
Pros:

Kahvaltısını çok beğendim. Biz deneyim amaçlı çevredeki kahvaltı mekanlarına gittik. Sadece çıkış günümüzde otelde kahvaltı yaptık. Gittiğimiz mekanları dikkate aldığımızda hem kahvaltıya verdiğimiz para hem de yiyecek kalitesi ve çeşidi açısından otel açık ara önde.

Arıca CAVA ikramlarını da sevdim. Girişte cafe tarzında oturabildiğiniz alanı da gayet konforlu.

Cons:

Asansörün bir tanesi konaklamamız boyunca arızalıydı. Asansöre bekledik. Hatta tam çıkış günü 10 dk boyunca asansör gelmedi. Az kalsın otobüsü kaçırıyorduk. Bu tatsız oldu. Böyle bir hotelin asansörü bozuk şekilde 3 gün bekletmemesi lazım.

If I ever return to Bilbao I would definitely stay here.
Pros:

Pros:

Excellent staff and room; very thankful to have been upgraded as well during our stay. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay extra special. The room was amazing and the location was great. Lovely hotel facilities and good price for the season we visited.

Cons:

There was a slight smell in the bathroom after you take a shower, so something to be aware of. Other than that, everything else was great.

Todo, la habitación, limpia, muy cuidada, reformada y actualizada, amplia, con todo lujo de detalles. El desayuno tenía de todo, mucha variedad y muy bueno todo

Que bajamos un poco más tarde a desayunar, en el último turno y quedaban menos opciones de desayuno
