Comfortable stay at Bilbao
Pros:

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Very close to Guggenheim Museum. Do not miss the breakfast. It is tremendous!

This was our second visit in 3 weeks and we will definitely visit again for a mini break in a lovely city.
Pros:

Excellent location on bus routes so easy access to all areas.
Really comfortable rooms with access to the spa and rooftop pool.
Hotel manager David was excellent.

Perfect location, great for young families!
Pros:

Location was perfect: at Gran Vía, 2 mins walk from bus stop for airport line A3247!
Staff was very helpful, giving us tips on where to visit + arranged earlier room cleaning to accommodate our kids' nap time.
Room was very clean, the set up of the room gave some privacy for parents (sliding doors to separate the areas) and the double shower was a real added bonus.
Rooftop pool was on the small side for adults, but perfect for children.

Cons:

Lobby was sometimes overcrowded due to a large tourist group, but this is outside of the property's hands. :)

Uitstekend hotel en goede uitvalsbasis om Bilbao te verkennen
Pros:

Je kunt in dit hotel fantastich ontbijten. Zowel wij als onze hond werden uiterst warm onthaald. De locatie is erg goed, vooral als je met een hond reist: vlakbij een zeer net en hondvriendelijk park.
De schoonmaak is goed en de mensen zijn in het hele hotel bijzonder aardig en dienstverlenend.

Cons:

Af en toe hing er een nare geur in de badkamer. Het balkon was niet wat ik ervan verwacht had, wat veroorzaakt werd door de rommelige binnenplaats en uitzicht.

Mooi gelegen, viel toch tegen
Pros:

De locatie is heel fijn, je loopt overal zo naartoe. De douche was heel goed. De kamer was ruim (maar niet handig ingedeeld voor 3 perdonen).

Cons:

Bed was niet zo fijn, dekens niet prettig. Zwembad is maar 84 cm diep. Het restaurant van het hotel voor diner is slecht. Het ontbijt is wel heel uitgebreid, maar viel kwalitatief tegen (wel goede koffie). Maar vooral: het personeel is onvriendelijk en niet behulpzaam, op 1 uitzondering na.

Solid value in a good location
Pros:

Good location nearly adjacent to a large park and a short walk to the Gugenheim Museum. About a 1/2 mile from most of the famous tapas bars in the old part of town.

Cons:

Surrounding area a bit sterile. Mostly shopping.

Super, exzellent, immer gerne wieder
Pros:

Oswaldo bediente uns sehr gut an der Bar, sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.
Riccardo und Adriana kümmerten sich sehr gewissenhaft und sorgfältig um unser Zimmer.
Sehr sauber, super Service, reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Das Hotel ist unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.
