Понравилось все ! На стойке русскоговорящая девушка ❤️.
Категория номера - премиум с террасой ❤️❤️ , отличный спа , удобные кровати, все необходимое в номере . Машину на парковке (платная ) можно оставить после выселения до вечера . Отличный отель - лучшее наше место размещения в Стране Басков на данный момент . И к тому же отличное расположение для прогулок и вечернего шоппинга

Pros:

Komfortní hotel, velmi příjemný personál.

Cons:

Pokud máte pokoj s okny do hlavní ulice, tak je zde velký hluk a je nutné spát se zavřenými okny.

Schönes modernes Hotel mit Restaurant und Bar.Hotel war für einen Städtetrip gut gelegen, zwar 20 Minuten zu Fuss von der Altstadt entfernt aber umgeben von Geschäften und Tapasbars.

Excellent spa facilities and a perfect location, offset only by a small, sun-exposed rooftop pool.
Pros:

I stayed here specifically to watch the solar eclipse, and the location was perfect for the event. The hotel itself has some wonderful amenities, the spa was a highlight, and I found the saunas and spa pools incredibly relaxing. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The rooftop pool was a bit of a letdown for me. Based on the photos online, I expected a more spacious area, but in reality, it felt quite cramped. Since I visited during the height of summer, the lack of shade or cover became an issue; there wasn't really a way to escape the direct sun, which made the limited space feel even more restrictive. It definitely wasn't the highlight of the trip.
