Good hotel and location for the Guggenheim and shopping.
Pros:

Staff were lovely. All super clean and comfy.

Cons:

The balcony looks over a dead square of the hotel, surrounded all around by the back of buildings and air vents. I suppose it could be seen as quiet and peaceful but we found it quite depressing (!)

Bon emplacement, mais la qualité laisse à désirer.
Pros:

L'emplacement - l'hôtel est très bien situé, tous les points touristiques sont accessibles à pied.

Cons:

Malheureusement, il y a certains points faibles. Tout d'abord, le personnel, avant tout les personnes travaillant dans le restaurant et dans le bar, sont peu compétentes et font semblant d'être ennuyées de leur travail. On a dû attendre que la personne travaillant dans le bar nous accueille, puis il a refusé d'ouvrir une bouteille de vin que nous avons voulu goûter car l'autre vin était ouvert. Ensuite, la propreté laisse à désirer. Notre chambre avait une odeur particulière et dans la salle de bain il y avait des traces de moisissure. Par ailleurs, la machine à café était sale.

Wart verder van het centrum af, maar heel goed met metro te bereiken

Cons:

Zwembad en dakterras: dat was echt niets. Superklein zwembad en 10 ligstoelen die vaak allemaal bezet waren

Ein tolles Hotel, das den Ansprüchen eines 4-Sterne-Hotels total gerecht wird.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausserordentlich. Sehr reichhaltig.

Cons:

nichts. Es hat alles gestimmt.

Everything, stylish modern and sophisticated rooms decor high standard, everything u need is at this hotel.. Pool and sunbathing area fabulous so relaxing.. Bar and restaurant is nice.
Drinks menu well priced not overly expensive. Location is perfect 10 min walk to shopping mall zubiarte.. 15 min walk to Guganhim landmark.. Staff extremely helpful and kind.

Cons:

Needs more options on menu for food..

Hotel maravilhoso! Voltaremos a visitar!
Pros:

Hotel maravilhoso! As pessoas na receção e no restaurante foram super amáveis. O quarto era muito espaçoso (éramos uma família de 4 e todos nos sentimos bastante confortáveis. O estacionamento é ótimo para quem tinha carro alugado como nós.

Cons:

A zona da piscina do Rooftop é muito pequena. Por duas vezes subimos para usufruir um pouco da piscina, mas desistimos, porque as cadeiras estavam todas ocupadas e a piscina enchia facilmente, com 5/6 pessoas.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirbt mit einem Pool, auch mit Fotos. Der Pool ist aber ein Witz, vielleicht 4x4 m und ca. 70 cm tief. Schwimmen war nicht möglich. Wir hatten das Hotel wegen des Pools gebucht.
