It was a safe location and the amenities were great

Pros:

Breakfast was decent. Coffee bar was good. Staff seemed nice.

Cons:

Elevator wasn't working. Room was clean but I noticed some debris still on the floor and stains on the desk area. Wish the room had a microwave but that wasn't a big deal.

Yuck! Way over priced.
Pros:

The place was right off the expressway.

Cons:

There was no one at the desk when we got there. The elevator was broke and they put us on the 3rd floor. The tv had a welcome screen on it. We had no remote on our room. I called the front desk and he said they would bring one but he never showed. We finally had to unplug the tv so we could go to sleep. The shower had water spots all over it. The rooms near the front desk were cluttered and looked dirty. We paid more for this room than the other places expecting a little better service.

It was ok. I stay there because its close to my job when I'm on call.
Pros:

The guy at the front desk is always super nice. Room is usually ready on time.

Cons:

Shower was dirty and there was hair on the pillow case (gray curly hair)

A couple of things were under stocked, we had to ask for more toilet paper and Kleenex, but it wasn’t a big deal!

Above and beyond.
Pros:

Loved how clean the whole place was and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Check-in person even went the extra mile to slow us to toast some bread for my elderly mother to take her medicine with. Thank you!

Very clean - laminate flooring in the rooms; so no questionable carpet. Great shower and quiet.
Pros:

It was very close to the expressway for easy off and return the next day. It was clean and I loved the shower.

Cons:

There isn’t a restaurant; so you do need to go out and get dinner. There are a lot of fast food options in the area.

Fine stay but horrible check-in.

Cons:

We arrived just before midnight. We called to make sure there would be someone there to check us in. When we got there, there was no one at the counter and a family waiting ahead of us. We called the hotel, several other numbers we could find and Hilton corporate. No one could help us. Finally someone showed up at the front desk and said he was the only one there and he was helping a guest with a TV. There should either be more than one person at the hotel at a time or there should be system in place to get ahold of the person at the front desk when he steps away...like a bell that rings to that person's phone. The guest with a broken TV is far less crucial than the 6 people and 2 dogs waiting 1/2 hour to get to their rooms after a full day of driving.
