Pros:

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Everything from the cleanliness of the rooms to the overall atmosphere was top-notch. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming.
I would especially like to highlight Aydin, who truly made my stay memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Whether it was helping with requests or simply greeting guests with a warm smile, his service was exceptional.
Thanks to Aydin and the great team, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to coming back again!

Genel olarak New Emin Hotel’de konforlu ve keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.
Pros:

New Emin Hotel, Fatih’teki merkezi konumuyla öne çıkmakta olup birçok turistik yere kolay ulaşım imkânı sunmaktadır. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, odalar ise temiz ve konforlu bir şekilde düzenlenmişti. Özellikle zengin kahvaltısı ve otelin hoş atmosferi çok olumluydu. Resepsiyonda çalışan [AydIn] ve [Orhan] çok nazik ve güler yüzlüydü. Onlarla tanıştığıma gerçekten çok memnun oldum, birlikte iletişim kurmak çok keyifliydi.

Spacious room, affordable price

Cons:

Be aware: it was said the hotel has parking, but this is not true. We had to park our car nearby and pay for it. There is also a kettle in the room, but no cups or tea provided, so it’s unclear why it’s there. We came to breakfast at 9:00, and half of the dishes were already gone. During the time we were there, the main items (eggs, omelet, vegetables) were not replenished.

It’s a cheap and cheerful hotel, so the service and amenities are expected to be of that quality.
Pros:

The location. The housekeeping staff were on point, they had our rooms maintained quick. Excellent transport links, metro and taxis always around. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants in the area. Very lively location.

Cons:

The male staff favour the female guests.
We had two bookings, my partner and her friend arrived hours early before the check in, and they were allowed to check in 5 hours early. However I asked for a late check out for 1-2 hours as I had a late flight they, they spoke money straight away. And I didn’t like the tone my request was answered.
The breakfast is the same thing everyday, no salad or fruit. The bathrooms were not clean. One room had a kettle the other didn’t.
Lastly, the night staff was hitting on my partner just as she was checking out which she found extremely creepy.
No iron, no extra pillows.
The neighbourhood is extremely noisy, the windows don’t block sound.
The walls extremely thin, you can hear your neighbour taking a shower of flush the toilet.

Dupa pret se merita de ales acest hotel daca doriti ceva econom!
Pros:

Pretul a fost destul de ok,personal amabil,curatenie si desigur zona nu departe de tot ce poti vizita in Istanbul.

Cons:

Unele chestii trebui renovate cum ar fi baia!
Mic dejun foarte slab,cafeaua si ceaiul a fost de calitate proasta,avea un miros specific,cred ca la astea trebuie de atras atentia deoarece asta e cartea de vizita a fiecarui Hotel.
