Pros:

Staff was responsive and friendly. The breakfast was great!

Cons:

The bedside table in my room was broken, there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom and the window blinds were less than ideal as they let significant light through. Also, I could smell urine around one of the beds. I switched rooms (for another reason) and the second room was better.

Priscilla at the front desk is amazing. Nathan is amazing also. Bed was comfortable and a large bathroom. Breakfast was amazing also. Lots of choices.

Cons:

No hot water to take a shower and very low water pressure. Shower head was so high couldn't reach it to adjust it. Should have a hand held.
NO MICROWAVE IN MY ROOM.
