Incompetent and dirty
Pros:

Absolutely unacceptable experience. This was one of the worst hotel check-ins I’ve ever had, especially from a property associated with Marriott.
We arrived at 10:30pm after a long flight, exhausted, only to be met by a completely dysfunctional front desk team. The system was apparently not working, and instead of handling the situation professionally, they seemed completely lost. They gave us a room with twin beds despite our booking clearly being for a queen bed. Then, unbelievably, the front desk staff had the nerve to question my husband about why we wanted a queen bed — the same room type we had originally booked. Completely ridiculous.
The level of incompetence continued when they didn’t even seem to know which rooms were actually clean and available. It was only after my husband had to be firm and push them that the front desk “clown” finally decided to check the situation himself and do the basic work that should have been done in the first place.
When we finally got into the room, it was not properly cleaned. The sink and the area around the bed were dirty (see picture), which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a Marriott property.
This was a disappointing and frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor organisation, poor service, and a lack of basic attention to detail. A hotel is only as good as the people running it, and this front desk team seriously needs improvement. Definitely not what you expect from a Marriott-branded hotel.

Für ein Wochenende aufgrund der Lage und der Neueertigkeit sehr ok!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist stylisch und funktional.

Cons:

Die kleinen Annehmlichkeiten wie Minikühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffee im Zimmer und Schminkspiegel gibt’s leider nicht.

In ein paar Minuten zu Fuß oder mit der Straßembahn ist alles erreichbar!
Sehr sauberes , und bequemes Zimmer mit Klima ausgestattet!
Neu eingerrichtet.
Jedermann sofort zum Empfehlen!!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Mir hat gut gefallen, dass es glutenfreie Optionen beim Frühstück gab. Das Personal war höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es war mein zweiter Aufenthalt in einem Moxy-Hotel und ich würde jederzeit wieder ein Zimmer auch in einer anderen Stadt buchen.

Gut gelegen. Direkt am Bahnhof Neustadt. Modern und neuwertige Einrichtung. Bequeme Betten. Sehr ruhig. Schneller Check in und Out. Freundliches Personal. Alles sauber. Wie auf den Bildern.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Hotel wegen eines Parkplatzes ausgesucht, waren pünktlich zur Check in Zeit vor Ort und uns sowie vielen anderen wurde mitgeteilt dass der Parkplatz bereits belegt ist. Man könnte an der Straße parken. Das wollten wir mit einem neuen hochwertigen Auto nicht unbedingt. Also mussten wir uns auf die Suche begeben und hatten im Anschluss etwas zeitlich bedingten Stress. Es wäre toll, wenn auf der Seite ersichtlich wäre, dass nur wenige Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Besonders weil es uns nicht allein so ging. So wäre man anders auf die Situation vorbereitet.

Frühstück war übersichtlich aber ok. Sitzmöglichkeiten an einem Tisch ehr begrenzt. Man muss an kleinen Tischen auf einer Couch oder matten auf einem Podest essen. Sieht richtig cool aus, aber fürs Essen ehr unpraktisch.
