Beautiful Gem in Seville
Pros:

Location is absolutely incredible
In the heart of everything you'd want to do in seville including cathedral, alcazar gardens, plaza de espana, and also a short walk over to triana.
The room itself is immaculate. Very spacious and clean. Everything we returned to the room after being out it looked like they cleaned it, recieved turndown service, it was just top notch.

The staff are also very helpful at the front desk.

Can't really fault the hotel at all.

Cons:

The only thing that would be a slight let down would be wishing there are more sunbeds on the rooftop.

But this is no deal breaker at all.

A perfect stay!
Pros:

If you want your vacation to be flawless, this is definitely a place to stay. The accommodation offers a true hotel-level comfort experience. The food was delicious, and even room slippers were provided, which was a nice touch. The bed was excellent—if you’ve been active all day, it really helps you rest and recover comfortably.

Cons:

There was construction work taking place next door, which was occasionally disturbing during the day. Also, the breakfast selection could be expanded with more options.

Pros:

Great location, excellent service and spotlessly clean

Cons:

Breakfast choice was limited. We had a room with a terrace which was fabulous, I think some towels for the sun beds would be nice, obviously they get a little grubby

Location, room,facilities staff friendly

Cons:

Lack of availability of certain items on bar menu, the food delivered was on the cold side when arrived, from a guest's perspective there appeared at times to be a lack of communication between the bar staff and the kitchen staff.
