Pros:

This is our 4th time at this hotel. It’s in an excellent location and has a first class restaurant.

Cons:

Be careful with booking.Com. They inaccurately list the cost of the breakfast and in hindsight it could have been better booking direct with the Radisson and getting breakfast included in the price.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour se déplacer et profiter des alentours. Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes et agréables, ce qui rend le séjour confortable.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif concerne l’insonorisation. Les fenêtres et les portes ne sont pas suffisamment isolées, et l’on entend facilement tout ce qu’il se passe à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur, ce qui peut parfois déranger.
Concernant la literie, le lit est correct mais j’ai trouvé les oreillers assez petits et fins, ce qui n’était pas très confortable pour moi.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, y que me ofreciesen un upgrade para una habitación con terraza me pareció un detalle que pocos hoteles suelen tener; además son muy amables y el hotel es silencioso.

Cons:

El desayuno está bien pero en comparación con otro hoteles, pierde puestos, por el tamaño de la sala y la distribución, que te hace dar vueltas alrededor de los asientos centrales para ir a por cosas.

Pros:

Месторасположение отеля превосходное, рядом со всеми достопримечательностями, в исторической части города. Номер тоже был неплохой.

Cons:

В пятницу на крыше работал скайбар с очень громкой музыкой, было очень шумно, плохая изоляция окон, все слышно, что происходит на улице, даже разговоры прохожих. Было очень грязно в туалетах рядом с лобби отеля. Это странно для пятизвездочного отеля. Не понравилась столовая для завтраков: тесная и неудобная. Завтраки в целом неплохие, но все время что-то кончалось и не успевали приносить. Посуду тоже не убирали, пока не поешь. На мой взгляд, отель не соответствует заявленным пяти звездам.

Ar condicionado não funciona no inverno e café da manhã apenas após as 7h.
Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto de tudo. Equipe muito educada e atenciosa. Os quartos são limpos. Eu tomei café da manhã em um dos dias e era bom.

Cons:

O ar condicionado fica desligado no inverno e com isso o meu quarto estava com 26 graus de temperatura o que não considero confortável para dormir. A equipe prontamente trocou meu quarto mas era um modelo um pouco mais simples. O café da manhã só é servido a partir das 7h então fui para o aeroporto sem tomar o café.

Bedste hotel vi har boet på
Pros:

Det bedste hotel vi har boet på. Alt var flot, rent, bedste bad med god plads og vidunderlig bruser. Meget komfortabel seng, dejlig indretning og beliggenhed i top. Rooftop bar med pool var også skønt. Der ligger så mange gode restauranter i kort gåafstand og værelset er helt lydisoleret.

Zimą klimatyzacja w obiekcie jest wyłączona, przez co nocą w pokoju robi się bardzo duszno i ciężko się wyspać. Hotel jest w centrum, więc zostawienie uchylonego okna nie rozwiązuje problemu ze względu na hałas.

Great hotel but noisy location
Pros:

Gorgeous room and facilities. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Gym equipment looked great, i wish id taken my workout gear. We had a drink in the bar and the bar tender made the most amazing espresso martini we had ever had. I would definitely recommend but would get a room on a higher floor or different side due to street noise.

Cons:

The location was great in terms of getting straight out into town however we were on the first floor and there was a lot of noise late at night and early hours in the morning from people walking back from bars/nightclubs.l until 4am. We had to keep the windows open to stay cool.as air con didnt go below 23. There is a youth hostel around the back. Nothing that the hotel can really do anything about. I suppose it is a tolerance issue and i didnt sleep very well at all.
