Welcoming, helpful and personable staff
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre, tout se fait à pieds.
Le staff est serviable et fort sympathique.
Bon petit-déjeuner.

El personal de recepción fenomenal. hacer mención especial a la responsable de recepción.. .creo que se llama Inma... pero no lo recuerdo bien. lo creo que puedo confirmar es que estaba embarazada.

Absolutely perfect
Pros:

We had an outstanding time - the hotel is centrally located in beautiful Plaza Magdalena, walking distance to the river and in the middle of shopping and restaurants. The customer service for this hotel was the best I have ever experienced, and our room (suite with terrace and jacuzzi) was marvelous; we had complete privacy and an exception experience in that room - the shower was the best shower I have ever used! For the price and quality, do not miss staying here when in Sevilla!

Good overall, but unsure if worth the money paid. Not a lot of time overall spent in the hotel, as so much to do and see
Pros:

Pool for the peak heat

Cons:

Pool could be crowded and not massively well maintained. Only a handful of sunbeds and staff actually argued with us when we asked for plastic glasses for the pool, which they didn’t provide then proceed to have a go at us for taking glass and leaving it on the pool side.

Great choice for a stay in super Seville
Pros:

Modern hotel in a really good location just on the edge of a major pedestrianised area and a very pleasant walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar. Very comfortable room and decent bathroom. Reasonably priced drinks at the bar were welcome after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast spread was good (including omelettes cooked to order).

Beautiful Gem in Seville
Pros:

Location is absolutely incredible
In the heart of everything you'd want to do in seville including cathedral, alcazar gardens, plaza de espana, and also a short walk over to triana.
The room itself is immaculate. Very spacious and clean. Everything we returned to the room after being out it looked like they cleaned it, recieved turndown service, it was just top notch.

The staff are also very helpful at the front desk.

Can't really fault the hotel at all.

Cons:

The only thing that would be a slight let down would be wishing there are more sunbeds on the rooftop.

But this is no deal breaker at all.
