찔레곤 출장으로 5박 했어요
Pros:

찔레곤 출장 때 선택하기 제일 좋은 호텔입니다. 수영장 시간이 너무 짧아서 안타까웠지만 룸컨디션은 좋았어요. 조식에 요거트가 없는
것도 좀 아쉬웠어요.

Actually Hotel Aston Cilegon Boutique is a very nice hotel as well as the location in Anyer beach, the problem I had was related to the staff, I was asked about a missing glass from my room that I had mistakenly sent to the kitchen when I ordered room service , the last time I was in Hotel Aston Anyer , I was asked about a fork. On both occasions I kindly asked the staff they can probably check the kitchen. I’m from USA and to be frank I’ve been using both 4 and 5 star hotels for 40 years, and in this time I have never had this occur not even at a 1 or 2 star hotel, to ask a guest for a fork or spoon is considered somewhat petty and offensive in our culture even in a Muslim culture (I’m Muslim myself) it’s just bad manners I always tip the help wherever I go. This is something that needs to be addressed if a guest can afford staying at a 4 or 5 star hotel , it’s highly unlikely that they would be stealing forks or tumbler glasses.
