Her day was great. We were really happy with the location and how easy to check-in
Pros:

The location and the design of the room was great. We were really impressed with our stay.

Cons:

I asked for a special recommendation to have the balcony room. They did mention several times that they would try their best but no promises. Unfortunately, we did not get the room that I requested but the room that we did get was very cute and comfortable.

Buena ubicacion

Cons:

Habitación demasiado reducida. No hay mesa de noche por lo tanto no hay lámpara de lectura, solo hay una lámpara sobre un gavetero.
Cheick in complicado.
Te piden que dejes abierta tu tarjeta de credito con $250.00 por posibles daños, pero eso no te lo dicen cuando reservas, es desagradable que no te lo indiquen oportunamente, además asumo que Booking da esa garantía.

Cómodo y y muy lindo apartamento ,
cocina muy completa baño excelente . La ubicación perfecta. Espacios amplios.

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema con el código de entrada. A pesar de que hay un numero de teléfono para comunicarse por WhatsApp demoraron casi una hora en responder.

The key pad on the door was broken off the wall and needed to be replaced both for safety and aesthetic. I received my entry code 20 minutes after check in time

Pros:

We loved our stay here. It is right on King Street. It is about a 15 minute walk from the Amtrak station. We entered the building with a code and used the same one for our room. The room was big. There is a kitchen with a table for two. There is a dishwasher, sink, fridge, microwave and stove. There is also a sink. The bathroom is the latest style and a heated floor. Our bed was comfortable and looked out over the courtyard.

Noisy but comfortable
Pros:

Nice building and room was comfortable except for the handicapped shower and single pane windows. The shower was relatively small and water of course went well out onto the bathroom floor. The windows are so thin, you basically hear everything on King Street. Maybe other rooms off King are quieter but I’d never stay in room 400 again. Hard to relax when you hear all the street noise and the tequila bar patrons across the street.
