Great hotel, everything wonderful. Didn't give 5 stars because TVs limited unless you buy Netflix etc
My grand daughter left her jellycat in my room came back to towel animal which was a treat made by the room attendants Yuri, Yoga, Jambal, Dedek and Arta. Happy memories of cruising!
L'hôtel et ses différentes infrastructures sont agréables, propres et joliment agencés.
* Nous avons été déçus par le comportement de certains membres du personnel. À plusieurs reprises, notamment lors du check-in et du check-out, nos interlocuteurs anglophones ne faisaient aucun effort pour adapter leur débit de parole ou reformuler leurs propos afin de faciliter les échanges. Nous avons même ressenti une certaine condescendance face à notre incompréhension.
Même constat au petit-déjeuner : la responsable, je suppose, est venue nous solliciter à quatre reprises en moins de dix minutes pour connaître notre choix. Cette insistance était particulièrement déplacée alors que nous étions en vacances et venions à peine de nous installer.
* Chaque demande ou interaction s'accompagnait de salutations répétitives, parfois plusieurs dizaines de fois dans la journée. Bien que cela parte certainement d'une volonté de bien faire, cette attention omniprésente nous a semblé excessive et peu naturelle

Jag har bara ett ord: WOW. Vi hade 5 helt FANTASTISKA nätter på Kayumas! Framförallt var personalen så otroligt trevliga vilket fick oss att känna oss så välkomnade. Frukosten var helt otrolig där man både fick beställa in från ala carte men utöver det fanns också en buffé! Deras resturang serverade goda och prisvärda måltider till lunch och middag. Rummen var Såå fina och välplanerade. Vet inte mer vad jag ska säga än att jag rekommenderar detta hotell strakt och vi kommer med all sannolikhet att åka tillbaka:)
Om jag ska säga nåt minus skulle de väl vara att det var lite snålt med solstolar vid poolen.

Liked the room, comfortable, and cleanliness.
The breakfast didn’t feel healthy, sometimes chicken was undercooked and we found a worm in one of our desserts from room service.

Amazing hotel which felt high end. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. Food was good. Rooms were great, we had a room with kids upstairs and a living area and bedroom downstairs, with our own private pool which was a good size.
We had Buffet and ala-carte options for breakfast which were both good.
The hotel is in a nice location, close to the main town, but just far enough away.
Not a huge amount of space around the pool.
By far, the best thing about Kayumas was the staff. They were superb, super friendly and very attentive.

Air conditioning downstairs wasn't great. Staff tried to fix the one in the living room. But still wasn't efficient.
Stayed for 4 days this month and the resort was wonderful. Its a small resort but with extraordinary accommodations. Each room has a private plunge pool and loft. Staff are professional and courteous. The resort pays attention to details especially guests care and request. The included breakfast was great. They offer buffet and some cooked to request options(included) and mini refrigerator drinks and bottled watered included and replenished daily. I have never expereinced that. I wholeheartedly recommend thw Kayumas Resrt in Semyinak Bali Indonesia 🇮🇩.
