Location was amazing, big busy road nearby and you could reach bars, restaurants and shops fast. But still very calm and soothing surrounding which was perfect.
Ambience and comfyness were amazing, our room felt like a dream we still can't believe it.
But the staff was undeniably the most professional, kind and considerate team we've ever met. They cared so much, we truly felt like royalty. Made sure everything was perfect, we have no remark for improvement, they are soooo good.
Everyone who visits Bali, don't think about it too much, go there at least once, it's worth.
Everything perfect
The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and everything Seminyak has to offer. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to Seminyak Village, which was very convenient.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, the resort offered great facilities and a very pleasant atmosphere. Considering the quality of the accommodation and service, it represents excellent value for money.
The only minor drawback was the size of the private pool attached to the room. It is quite small and feels more like a plunge pool than a swimming pool. However, since the resort has a large main pool available, this was not a significant issue for us.
We chose Kayumas Seminyak Resort for our honeymoon, and "perfect" is the only word to describe our experience. Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing, and our only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay!
The resort surprised us with beautiful, complimentary bed decorations for our honeymoon. It was such a thoughtful and romantic gesture that made us feel incredibly welcome right from the start.
The entire resort and our room were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. You can tell the staff takes great pride in keeping the property pristine.
The location is fantastic. It sits perfectly in Seminyak, making it incredibly easy to get around, explore local spots, and enjoy the area while still offering a peaceful retreat to come home to.
They are quite strict and non-flexible regarding early check-in and late check-out times. It didn’t take away from our amazing trip, but definitely plan your flights and arrival times accordingly!

My husband and I stayed in Kayumas Hotel in May 2026 for 10days. Excellent location and amazing staff. Everyone very helpful ,friendly ,polite and accommodating. Brilliant breakfast and a variety of good food throughout the day. A special thank you to Dedek and Suta from housekeeping. The room was cleaned everyday to a high standard and left immaculate. Everything replenished daily couldn't have been better, We were very happy with their service. Many thanks Audrey and Guy from England Room 32.

We booked the 4 bedroom villa, it was beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed. They even had afew soft drinks in the fridge, stocked for us.

Everything you need in the villa. Was happy we got Villa #1 not a long walk at all to the restaurant, pool and bar.
The location of the villa is not far from the markets, shops and Seminyak village.
The pool in our villa was too dark for me to swim in at night. No lights in the pool.
