Nice hotel, but better to book without breakfast
Pros:

The lobby and the room were very nicely decorated and appointed. Appreciated the bottle of water and the coffee machine in the room. Also, everything was very clean, so thank you to the housekeeping staff.

Cons:

The breakfast was kind of dissappointing. The eggs were clearly a pre-made mix that had been cooked to death - they were really awful scrambled eggs. The pancakes weren't much better, and the cheese/cold meats on offer were Aldi quality. For a hotel of this level, you should do much better. Also, I guess Accor must have a contract with Nespresso, but the machine is a pain to use, and those cartridges cetainly aren't environmentally friendly.

Ich würde das Hotel wieder wählen , allerdings auf das Frühstück verzichten
Pros:

Kleines , aber sauberes Zimmer .

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider sehr schlecht . Die Auswahl war zwar recht groß , aber es sah überhaupt nicht ansprechend aus . Man konnte schnell erkennen , das des sich um abgepackte Ware handelte . Das Rührei trocken und kalt . Der Herr , der dafür zuständig war , leider extrem unfreundlich. Dafür war die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Super bequemes und sauberes Bett
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Das war unser Highlight und natürlich die Klimaanlage. Das war auch der Hauptgrund der kurzen Auszeit. Prinzipiell ein kleines süßes Hotel und stilvoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Ich habe ein Upgrade gebucht mit Stadtblick. In der zweiten Etage ist es eher ein Straßenblick gewesen. Der Empfang war sehr kühl und man hat sich nicht so wirklich wohl gefühlt. Die Bar hatte um 21 Uhr zu gehabt. Das fanden wir sehr schade. Und das an einem Samstag. Das Frühstückspersonal wirkte wie beim Empfang sehr reserviert. Komische Stimmung. Frühstück kann ich nicht empfehlen. Kaffee kommt aus der großen Nespresso Maschine, und die Backwaren sind wie die TK günstigen aus dem Supermarkt. Für das Geld könnt ihr in der Nähe besser frühstücken gehen;) im Raum neben der Türe steht immer noch ein Herbstangebot auf einer großen Tafel. Daran sieht man leider dass nicht mehr auf alles geachtet wird.

Pros:

Schöne, bequeme Räume, gutes Frühstück, interessante Kunst/Design des Hotels, Lage in der Nähe von Straßenbahnhaltestellen, klimatisiertes Hotelzimmer

Cons:

Handtücher wurden nach einmaliger Nutzung ausgetauscht, obwohl ich sie aufgehängt hatte. Das ist verschwenderisch/nicht nachhaltig.

Персонал приветливый, доброжелательный, всегда готовый помочь. Отличное место положение отеля. Номер чистый, просторный, оформлен со вкусом. Удобная ванная комната.

Cons:

Кафель, которым был облицован сан узел, ассоциировался, в силу своей фактуры и окраски, с чем то не чистым. Но это не недостаток, а скорее дело вкуса.

Sehr schönes Hotel, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Zimmer schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war auch super.

not a pleasant, specially the bath room.
Pros:

first the service is not good, can say no service, one day i hv an urgent meeting, but the person who cannot come back to work that we dont hv breakfast until 7:30 after push again and again. the poor girl rush back to help but nobody did help her. then the variety are very little, just 4 warm dishes which hv not change in 4 days. variety of bead are too less . actually the breakfast hv very little interest, specially when we stay for 4 days. stars at the entrance which was not helpful for the suitcase and nobody from the hotel will help

Pros:

Alle Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und es wird überdurchschnittlich viel geboten, auch konnte gut auf meine vegane Ernährung eingegangen werden. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Had the best stay in Muze, would definitely recommend them.
Pros:

I love the overall aesthetic of the hotel, it’s beautiful, clean and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The hotel’s location made it very easy for me to commute to every place.

Cons:

They have a cafe/bar in the hotel but it wasn’t vibrant. I didn’t feel the need to go there 4 breakfast and drinks because it was always empty and the was no music at all. Nothing attracted me to the place.
