Reception service spoiled the experience
Cons:

I came to reception first. The lady at reception started to serve other couple who came later than me, just saying that she will check in them first which took 15-20 mins, she didn’t ask if I am ok with that.

Super Zimmer für eine Nacht

Sehr stylische Einrichtung. Sehr ruhig. Super Schalldämmung. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Warmer Snack nach 22h möglich. Prima Anbindung an den DB-Flughafen-Bahnhof.

Cons:

Betten könnten gerne etwas breiter sein. Der Fußweg vom Terminal 2 zum Hotel ist einfach, wenn man ihn kennt. Wegen der verschiedenen Ebenen tut sich auch Google-Maps hier schwer. Vielleicht könnte das Hotel dazu eine Wegbeschreibung im Vorfeld versenden.

beim Versuch einzuchecken um 02:00 die Aussage wir bekommen das gebuchte und bezahlte Zimmer nicht- das Hotel ist überbucht.
Nur durch den Einsatz eines Mitarbeiters an der Rezeption wurde doch noch ein freies Zimmer gereinigt.
