Personale alla reception gentile ( soprattutto Sofia )

Ho scelto questo hotel all’ultimo, in seguito all’esperienza del Marriott Times Square, dove avevo appena concluso un soggiorno di 9 notti, trovandomi divinamente. In questa struttura, invece, devo lamentare pulizie in camera inesistenti, colazione appena sufficiente, camera piccola e con una sola sedia che non ci consentiva di poter mangiare assieme ( ho scelto la formula residence con cucina annessa in camera per esigenze alimentari ed essendo in 3 mi aspettavo un comfort maggiore) e per ultimo oscuranti assolutamente non sufficienti a rendere buia la stanza ( le luci dell’alba illuminavano l intera stanza ).

My new Boston area “go to”.
Pros:

Super convenient location. Walk across the street, thru parking garage to enclosed skywalk which brings you to the orange line.

Cons:

A little tricky to find since it sits back from the street and is right next to another Marriott hotel.

Really great stay, clean everywhere, staff friendly, really good location

The location was 10 minutes from city center of boston, continental breakfast was good, gym was cool

It was a good stay at a nice property
Pros:

Was not too far from Tufts University and the room was large, bed was comfy and it was quiet. Also nice buffet breakfast though English muffins were stale

Cons:

Gym was too small for number of people. Front desk people had to be called to the desk for check in at 8 pm. But they were pleasant and helpful

Pros:

Too expensive for what it offers. The bedrooms are small, the mattress has lumps, you can hear the noise from the road through the night, the shower is weak and water only warm ( not hot) all that for over 300 dollars is too much. Not happy with the experience and wouldn’t recommend it.
