The stay was superb. The in room dining team did a fantastic job in preparing the meals. We really loved every dish that we ordered. The staff is very polite and eager to make your stay comfortable. 5 star for the hospitality. The room size, the bed, the pillows everything was up to the mark.

The food was not that great considering the price..however the chef took extra effort to meet our expectations and served us some delicious fish on the last day.
The room was very nice and comfortable with a great view of the mountains. Large and well furnished with a large balcony/ terrace with ample space. The overall property was very tastefully designed and well maintained. The pool though small, was nice with temperature controlled water. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Overall, the property was luxurious, spacious, clean and well maintained.
Only concern was the food. For the price you pay, the quality can be much much better even in a remote mountainous location such as Chail. We went fully expecting that there will be no decent external food options in the vicinity. We had all meals at the hotel throughout our five-day stay and tried a variety of dishes on offer. However, while we were charged premium rates, the food quality as well as the portion sizes left a lot to be desired. Perhaps an area the management can focus on improving.

A wonderful location nestled amidst spectacular mountains – truly a breathtaking setting. The property itself was excellent, and we even went on a short trek with one of the staff members, who was incredibly kind and shared many interesting facts along the way. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation!
