the location was just too good for an outing and a place to refer frinds and relatives to 1000% support.

Service not satisfactory regarding maintenance
Pros:

For a first timer, it’s good.

Cons:

My room door was loose and possible for someone to push it open, the lock mechanism was not locking shut. This was big risk as I am a female. I called reception and they sent maintenance guy. The guy tried to convince me it’s ok despite me demonstrating to him the problem. It’s wrong for him to want to change my experience.
I asked to be moved to another room.
The following day I saw guys changing the door to that room. That’s not ok. My safety was definitely compromised
