Pros:

The booking states free continental breakfast. Nothing was provided. The pool was not clean or well looked after. The property needs a bit of love.
You need to wait15 mins before you got hot water in the shower and the bath that looks so inviting took 45 mins to fill half way and was luke warm..
The rooms were nice and spacious. Had great features. No key to the balcony so couldnt get through.

Pros:

It was decent. Don’t expect to get a hold of anyone till the day of which is frustrating. It is in a gated area which is nice and you have restaurants near you. The pool and the outdoor area needs some TLC and we never used it once. I would say it’s more like a dorm style 7 rooms and it’s all different people and you share all common areas. But the area is very safe and there are many amenities in the area that make up some of the villa’s short coming.

El hotel es una maravilla, está localizado en un área privada de resorts y campo de golf y la seguridad es increíble. Es una pena que solo pudimos disfrutar de este hotel una noche, porque el lugar era una maravilla. La habitación tenía un Tamaño enorme, y decorada con mucho cariño. El baño era sencillamente increíble, muy grande, con una bañera preciosa, y grandes espejos con luz. La zona común es maravillosa, con piscina, tumbonas y absolutamente de todo. El personal fue encantador, teníamos una actividad y fuimos realmente pronto para dejar las maletas pero como nuestra habitación estaba libre nos dejaron pasar directamente a la habitación mucho antes de la hora del check in. Y como el resort es enorme, nos acercaron a la entrada del resort en carrito de golf evitando así 25 minutos de caminata bajo el sol mexicano. Por poner solo una pega pequeña, cuando nos dimos una ducha por la noche, no nos llegaba agua caliente, tampoco le dimos especial importancia porque como digo, solo estuvimos una noche. Todo lo demás es imposible ponerle una pega.

Pros:

There are a lot of good things about this property:

Safe, enclosed area

Beautiful home

Wonderful staff, especially butler and chef

Close proximity to the golf course, beach, beach club and a few nearly restaurants

Daily housekeeping

But, there are some conspicuous misses:

Without a car, options for dining are extremely limited (and overpriced)

I did not have hot water in the bathroom the entire week, which was a bummer given the extra large bathtub pictured in the advertisement

Last, the hotel would benefit by giving guests a map of the area and telling them the available amenities. I had to figure out everything on my own, including the hourly trolley that takes people to the beach house. A bit more explanation would be helpful.

Quiet and luxurious, but convenient to everything!
Pros:

Beautiful property and excellent value for the price. Welcoming and friendly staff. So close to the golf course! We did not use the shuttle service. I was disappointed in a plumbing issue for two days, but they did make it right.
