Pros:

The pool was clean but cold. Doña Mary was a good host, she provided great customer service.

Cons:

There was a cockroach in our room. When we arrived we were informed the price of our booking was higher than what we had signed up for and the next day we had to pay in full, worst of all, they did not accept credit or debit cards.

Clean and comfortable hotel, close to the beach
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and comfortable. The garden and pool area was very nice, we used the pool each day. The location was great, with lots of restaurants and tiendas nearby, and a very short walk to the beach. Free drinking water on each floor of the hotel, there was a little jug and glasses in the room (I particularly liked this as it meant I didn't have to buy plastic bottles, so more eco-friendly). The wifi was strong enough in the room for me to do my work. The staff were friendly.

A cool hotel in the heart of Barra De Navidad.
Pros:

The pool was great. The shower head and water pressure were not great. It took a long time for the hot water to reach our unit. Location , very good. And Mary, the proprietor, was very nice and accommodating. Second time we've stayed there and we will definitely be going back. Forgot to mention the house keeping was excellent too.

Cons:

A fridge would have been nice in our room. Other than that everything else was great

Charming, affordable hotel with excellent staff.
Pros:

Charming hotel. Excellent staff. Good value. Very close to restaurants, malacon, shopping. There’s a cool little pool. Beautiful sunsets.

Cons:

It’s an older facility. No elevator but walkable.

Pool was beautiful. Location was close to the beach and restaurants. The manager wa a delight.

Cons:

I wouldn't book a room on the fourth floor. It was a hike, but we had easy access to the roof to watch sunrises and sunsets.
