Staff was very helpful and friendly 🙂 room was excellent 👌 and value for money food was delicious and hotel was very clean and location I like 10 minutes away from the airport and very peaceful place 😀.

The most worthless stay

Cons:

The service is very bad and pathetic. We paid for the buffet but didn’t get the same and were serves with Ala cart. Also,the hotel staff lady was just after the review but very bad service at the time of breakfast

The staff at reception was very nice and polite . It is very close to airport.

Cons:

The room smelled bad upon entering. We went to the restaurant on roof top and ordered a mixed vegetarian grill platter. Inspite of us, being the only customers at that time, the mixed grill platter was served cold and i brought it to the attention of the waiter and he took it back to kitchen and still got it served lukewarm! It was awful so we decided to check out within 40 minutes . Despite, our short stay , the hotel charged us the full price for the day , which I am not happy about.
