Sitio muy tranquilo
Piscina demasiado pequeña.
Le quartier est très calme et toutes les lignes de métro desservent l’arrêt Heroismo. Il n’y a que 15 minutes jusqu’au centre, on peut même y aller à pieds.
L’hôtel propose de nombreux services comme une pièce pour enregistrer des podcasts, une piscine. Des salles de réunion dans lesquelles se trouvent déjà des bouteilles d’eau. Il y a aussi un coworking space et des cabines insonorisées.
La buanderie n’a qu’une machine à laver et qu’un sèche linge… trop peu pour autant de personnes. Il faut donc retirer le linge des autres etc
La femme de chambre (bien que très gentille) oublie systématiquement de retirer les serviettes sales alors on termine le séjour avec une dizaine de serviettes. Elle oublie aussi de remettre du papier toilette et du gel douche. Dommage pour un 4 étoiles.
Si le petit déjeuner pouvait varier un peu, cela serait parfait.

o acesso ao colchão desajustado. A inexistência de uma cama torna o espaço impossível de ser utilizado por pessoas com problemas, mesmo que ligeiros, de mobilidade. Felizmente nós não temos esse tipo de restrições mas é pouco adequado ter o colchão (confortável) assente num estrado que percorre toda a largura da parede e para onde temos de subir e caminhar para nos podermos deitar.

We loved everything about this place. When we travel, we look for places that are close to almost everything, clean, compfy and affordable. This place had check marks everywhere. It was close to the train station, close to the metro, close to 2 grocery stores and close to a very good yet very simple restaurant. Since we are avid walkers and runners, all touristic sites were at a fairly good distance. We absolutely loved the vibe of the hotel...a combo of a minimalist/industrial design. For a couple who is 59 & 60 years old, this suited us fine. While we never used the other services of the hotel, I am sure they were excellent.
It's not that we didn't like something. We found it strange that nobody was at the front counter. Yet at the same time, we found that cool and none stressful.
