The property was materially unsuitable and misaligned with its online description. Due to the claustrophobic environment
Pros:

I was unable to identify any positive aspects of the property, as it was not suitable for my needs.

Cons:

The dark hallways, poor lighting, and very limited window opening created a claustrophobic environment that caused immediate distress due to my medical condition, and I had to leave without staying.

Good location
Pros:

Good location, within walking distance of family nearby but the train station is round the corner and buses etc if needed.

Cons:

It was incredibly warm, heating doesn’t turn down, no opening windows or air vents and the pillows are absolutely diabolical!

I would definitely stay here again as I have a dog and she was made very welcome too.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely, although each day I did have to explain I was a genius at Booking.com because they kept saying that breakfast wasn't included when it was. Staff were really helpful and friendly and the room was excellent - clean and spacious. On Christmas morning, we woke up to a little goody bag on our door!

Cons:

I understand why, but the view from our room was just of the rooms opposite but that's okay.
