Good facilities
Pros:

Good location near restaurants and shops, facilities good.

Cons:

Only had one comfortable chair. We stayed six days but the room wasn’t cleaned during that time which I would have liked.

Cons:

Only thing I would say was not waters etc in fridge on arrival. Also TV would have expected sky or something. Also no shampoo etc. Or bath robes.

Generally good value for money.
Pros:

Have stayed here a number of times now and it's always quite good for the price (although their nightly rates fluctuate quite a bit so sometimes it's a great deal and other times it's just okay). Check in and check out are super fast and smooth.

Cons:

The shower gel had not been refilled in the shower and it was completely empty. The floors and sofa didn't seem to have been cleaned very thoroughly either. WIFI wasn't working at first, but reception told me I could sign in as a guest and that did the trick.

The stay was lovely and in a great location but was well over priced in a single mum and still didn't revive my depo
Pros:

The property was clean and was very nice however when we arrived there was black marks on the decking and got our deposit taken £100 even tho it was there before

Cons:

The £100 deposit was taken even tho we didn't do anything in the property just a couple of marks on the carpet wich would come up with carpet cleaner and they still refused and ignored to return the deposit after numerous messages

Friendly staff, great location if you’re staying in Sutton would choose to stay here again
Cons:

We had a big studio which was nice and it was really close to the station and the High Street so super convenient for us. Having our own fridge and cooking facilities and washing machine made things really easy.

Pros:

Apartment room- in centre nearby train station and public transport - nice breakfast- clean room- nice bathroom and shower

Cons:

-Weak hotel internet plus the weak connectivity of our provider internet
- no telephone in the room to contact the hotel reception
- the price of breakfast is a little bit high

Modern, very well maintained accommodation. Recommended for long stays.
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the station and high street, everything you need just steps away. Spacious and clean rooms. We stayed there for 25 days, everything you needed for a long stay was there for us. Very nice and accommodating personnel at the reception.

Pros:

Good location.Very close to Sutton train station and bus stops for access to Underground (Modern station)and a bus with limited stops to Heathrow.Trains from Sutton station go to Victoria in Central London.
Polite staff provided straightforward check in with a friendly chat.
Stayed in studio flat with suitable space which had fridge, microwave and oven top. 😊😊😊Fourth time I have stayed here and will most certainly stay again when next I am in London.Nearby Sutton high street has a Marks and Spencer,Sainsbury ,Lidl and ASDA supermarkets and a variety of fast food places including fish and chips stores.

Pros:

The room was very well equipped and modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet and area was very good. The concierge was friendly, as were the domestic staff. Convenient location.

Cons:

The car parking spaces were extremely tight, some unusable for our camper van. They were low in number too, considering the amount of apartments this hotel has. You pay £15 for a one night stay and then have to risk not being able to park at the hotel if you go out. It added some stress to our stay and is the single factor that may prevent us from coming again. We stay here to visit family nearby and so will always need to come and go from the hotel whilst staying there.

Lovely once again
Pros:

I love this location and this was my second stay. The staff is quite young but very friendly. I asked for the same room, and they were able to accomodate (though they honestly tell you upfront that there are no guarantees) so I was very happy. The room is spaceous and has everything you need. The bed is comfortable. Tall EU and US tourists should keep in mind that a UK size bed is generally smaller and most noteably shorter than a US or EU bed. I'm 6'3 which is quite tall and I do fit in there but it's a tight fit. Works though because I travel alone and can sleep diagonally. Keep in mind that the windows don't open, so no fresh air, but the room does have air conditioning / climate control. Sutton (London) Station is just around the corner, it takes literally two minutes to walk there. Also around the corner is High Street with loads of pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.
