Lovely once again
Pros:

I love this location and this was my second stay. The staff is quite young but very friendly. I asked for the same room, and they were able to accomodate (though they honestly tell you upfront that there are no guarantees) so I was very happy. The room is spaceous and has everything you need. The bed is comfortable. Tall EU and US tourists should keep in mind that a UK size bed is generally smaller and most noteably shorter than a US or EU bed. I'm 6'3 which is quite tall and I do fit in there but it's a tight fit. Works though because I travel alone and can sleep diagonally. Keep in mind that the windows don't open, so no fresh air, but the room does have air conditioning / climate control. Sutton (London) Station is just around the corner, it takes literally two minutes to walk there. Also around the corner is High Street with loads of pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

It was great location for visiting family members close by... we had a dog with us so much better than a conventional hotel

Cons:

The bed, unfortunately it was like sleeping on a rock. Extremely uncomfortable. Both left with painful bad backs which was a shame as everything else was perfect.

I was unable to identify any positive aspects of the property, as it was not suitable for my needs.

Cons:

The dark hallways, poor lighting, and very limited window opening created a claustrophobic environment that caused immediate distress due to my medical condition, and I had to leave without staying.
