the room has a very limited space to walk, no closet so that makes it even harder but it was clean and the area has many restaurants also close to Oxford’s university
A very easy to use and convenient place to stay for a night or two.
Great for a one night stay lots of eating areas around the hotel. Despite only being a stones through from the centre of Oxford it had a lovely village atmosphere.
The Hotel was clean, bright & tidy.
The receptionist was very friendly as she directed me through the touchscreen check in.
The room was bright with attractive stencil decor.
The only down size was that the room was tiny. The room was just the size of the bed. The TV was too high on the wall so O had to lie back in bed to watch it. The bathroom again was clean but very small. The bed was comfortable but the whole room made me feel claustrophobic. Plenty of EV chargers in the car park.
Simple but quiet and clean room. Staff friendly and although 40 min walk from centre, there are regular buses. Area around the hotel very smart with cafes,a pub and restaurants plus a Tesco, M&S
Just OK hotel. The rooms are clean However very very very small. if you have a suitcase, it will not fit in the room. I will not go back to this hotel
Clean but small
Expensive for the quality and amenities. Lack of simple amenities like a kettle, parking expensive
Rooms barely suitable for one person. You have turn sideways to walk around the bed. No desk, no chair, nowhere to hang clothes, no ice, no laundry, no facilities. This place should be called The Easybed Stay because it is not a hotel. If all you want is a clean bed and shower, you won’t be disappointed.
Very small rooms but clean
perfect for a couple of nights away
If you’ve wondered what sleeping in an officers cabin on a submarine then this is the place for you. Except cabins on submarines are designed for the ultimate space to provide as much storage space as possible. The room was so small that I believe if you were of normal size you may still get stuck between the wall and the bed.
As for what they could do better: 1. For a tiny room have a sliding bathroom door. The bathroom door opened cutting the room in half. 2. Instead of a block mattress base put it on sticks with an open bottom for luggage storage. 3. With everybody charging electric devices at night add a bedside table with a few draws for people to put personal items in. Also people who take medication need them near them as most people take them when they wake up or go to bed. There is no chair and no writing table which in this time many people do work on personal computers is making things difficult for guests, especially business travellers. People really need to know there is no desk area when booking. They do offer rooms without windows. That kinda tiny cruise ship cabin that will cause severe depression at the end of the trip. Without any source of natural light, the windows are too small as well, will have a detrimental affect on your emotions and physical health. This has been proven for a very long time. The staff were not helpful or friendly. Some of the guards acted aggressively. I was very upset by one night worker. It wasn’t cheap and there was no housekeep
Staff helped us check in so was really easy. Nice and friendly staff happy to give out extra pillows and towels. Dirty towels removed from outside room when dirty. Aircon noisy and only went down to 19 degrees so hot in room all night. Ear plugs needed because of noise of aircon. Storage only under bed very little space to move around in. Stayed 3 nights but that's probably the most we could have stayed in those conditions. Great location for buses into Oxford and good shops, bars and restaurants near by.
The room was very basic, no tea and coffee facilities etc but it was fine for the money. Bed was comfy, only thing that was a bit annoying was a mini air vent/fan (as well as a main air conditioning unit) that you couldn’t turn off in the room which quite loud, if I hadn’t had ear plugs it would have stopped me sleeping
Very minimal but clean room which offers the basics for one off stay.
Local hospitality very good.
Good hotel for the price you pay! Extremely basic, you get a bed, a small bathroom, and that's it. There is no fridge or kettle, but the room was clean and comfortable. I opted for a room with a window, however the window could not be opened. The staff was nice and helpful at check in.
Staff is helpful, and will readily answer various questions. Property is clean, well maintained, with secure parking onsite. Area includes nearby services, and is within walking distance of central Oxford.
I’ve stayed at easyHotel Oxford twice now and I would highly recommend it. The staff are very helpful and do a great job! The area is great and very walkable with frequent buses to the city Centre.
Leen is a top notch employee!
Outrageous! On the post next to the coffee machine, it charges £1 for a cup of hot water.
Tiny room. No cupboard or storage. Just a couple ot hooks for your clothes. No floor space at all for putting clothes on.
At GMP very expensive for what it is.
