Pros:

Hotel avec une jolie déco, la jeune femme qui nous a accueilli était charmante; une chambre très jolie, bien emménagée, et très confortable

Nice place to stay with a very chilled vibe, some of their procedures a little unnecessary
Pros:

Great location far enough away from the busy areas but only 10 minutes in to the city centre by tram.

Cons:

Bar closed at midnight with no flexibility - very limited options in their ‘Marketplace’, which is basically a chiller cabinet with a few items in there.
Confusing check in with the reservation team taking a credit card ‘hold’ for the full amount of your stay, despite paying in advance several months before arrival - slightly bizarre & illogical.

Hotel moderno, cómodo limpio , cerca de una parada de tranvía, cerca de un área de restauración donde se podía comer diferentes comidas a buen precio

Cons:

No me gustó nada que me retuvieran 80€ por 2 noches los cuales tardaron mucho tiempo en devolverme.

L'emplacement et la décoration

Cons:

La soi disant "climatisation" qui est en fait juste un système pour faire descendre la température de 3 degrés. Avec la canicule ce n'était donc pas suffisant, il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre et nous avons donc très très mal dormi

Recommend for Cite du Vin and food hall. Great value for money
Pros:

Decent size rooms and bathroom, very comfy night stay. Staff was lovely and helpful
Further away from centre so very quite - we booked this location intentionally as Cite du Vin is literally next door.
There is a food hall very close too, unfortunately closed during our visit.
Tram line also very close by

Cons:

No cafes nearby - but the hotel restaurant makes lovely coffee.
We didn't get the breakfast, it didn't look like they have a huge a selection for the price you pay.
