Hôtel très agréable, chambre confortable et lumineuse, petit déjeuner buffet au top et salle de réception très bien décorée avec un accès jardin bien agréable. Quartier vivant et animé.

The area is vibrant and the tram to the centre is close by. Easy access from main roads and discount on parking.
On this occasion the staff on reception were less than helpful.
Our initial ‘welcome’ was less than expected as we were informed at 4pm that our room was not ready. No alternatives given, just a ‘ this happens sometimes’? The staff member was not at all friendly and the staff member helping her was uncommunicative with us?
I’ve never had this experience before at this hotel, I’m not sure the training is as good as it was?
Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahe zur Tram und nahe am Wasser! Auch die nahe Essenhalle war gut.
Betten waren angenehm und die Dusche toll
Zimmer mit Blick auf dem Hafen, waren sehr warm von der Sonne ( 7/8 Mai bei 22 Grad ) und konnte von der lauten Klimaanlage nicht gut gekühlt werden. Keine Schränke im Zimmer, nichts für längeren Aufenthalt.
Beim Frühstück gibt es keine Schälchen (klein ) für Honig und Butter sowie Marmelade! Bei warmen Teller läuft
alles zusammen in der Mitte. Das Rührei war mehr ein Brei! Das war nicht zu essen.

J’ai adorée l'emplacement, la décoration de la chambre très originale.
Le manque de volet, juste le rideau c’est peu
Le petit déjeuner qui est pas très varier.
Manque un petit coin infusion, thé ou café dans la chambre quand le bar n'est pas ouvert (tard le soir)
La proximité des embarqua d'aires pour aller naviguer sur la Garonne, puis le tram à 200 m.
Un grand parking tout prêt.
Un personnel accueillant, gentil, souriant à votre écoute.
Le décor, art déco très sympa.

En temps que résidant de l, hôtel à votre check out on vous donne un bon de réduction de 25 % pour le parking et ai prix du parking ils pourraient donner 50 %.
C, était le seul bémol tout le reste vaut largement un 5 étoiles.

la cucina potrebbe stare aperta almeno fino alle 23.
