Disappointing stay due to an inadequate third bed and poor handling of the issue

The staff was nice and after the problem we had with the room they tried to find a solution. However it was the last night

Cons:

We booked and paid for a room for three people, expecting proper sleeping arrangements for all three guests. However, the third “bed” was only an extra bed and was extremely uncomfortable, even though we all paid the same price.

Later, when I saw other rooms for three people, I noticed they had one double bed and another normal single bed. That is when we raised the issue, and the hotel then offered to change our room. Unfortunately, this happened only after my brother had already spent three nights sleeping on the uncomfortable extra bed. He slept very poorly, and on the last day his back hurt so much that he could not even go out walking.

Because of this, and because we were not satisfied with how the situation was handled, we believe a partial refund would be a fair solution. (Sending pictures of both rooms. Ours with the 3 “beds” and the other one.
