Great location on the beach, lovely grounds with Koi Carp in the ponds and nice swimming pools. Staff helped book taxi to Nha Trang for much less than 12go or Grab prices. Nice park next door with electric cars/bikes for kids, looks fun.
No towels for use by pool/beach. Breakfast was great for Asian tourists, but no bacon/sausage for western tourists (we managed though with omelette/fried eggs). Air-conditioning in room wasn't the best and wasn't allowing proper adjustment. Reception staff didn't speak much English, but we managed.

Breakfast was terrible for westerners/europeans who are hardly considered in this hotel. Staff spoke very little English and it was almost impossible to communicate.

It’s a beautiful very well kept hotel. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was terrible and not worth it, a bit disappointing.
Being a new property it still has all the characteristics of a poor, old, outdated and miserable place typical of the communist mindset.
The property looks like new and it’s pretty. It’s convenient to the beach which is great. The restaurant is big and clean, the staffs are friendly, and most importantly, the bed is comfortable! We love our stay and we’ll definitely be back in the future.
