Die Parkplatz Situation.
Online stand das Parkplätze vorrätig sind aber vor Ort mussten wir 15 Pfund pro Tag extra zahlen und die Tiefgarage hatte keinen direkten Zugang zum Hotel. Wir mussten durch die komplette Tiefgarage und außen herum zum Hoteleingang laufen.
Location close to rail service ideal and lots of restaurants and pubs nearby too .

I attended to gf Epsom Derby
Only issue was no fried or poached eggs available for breakfast but that was a minor inconvenience. Otherwise excellent and it was very clean hotel - absolutely spotless

The location for Epsom races is good - 20 minute taxi away. Convienient to get to meals at various food places around the hotel. Rapid check in process.
Room smelt musty and stale. Shower had no shelf for toiliteries - in fact the hotel provided shampoo was by the sink! The TV on the wall was wonky and not moveable. No hand towel provided (only 2 shower towels). Seemed to be missing the attention to detail you expect.

The hotel offered everything I needed for my short stay. The room was spacious enough, very clean and perfectly planned. Breakfasts are also fine. So I’ll be happy to come back.
Location was great, does what it says on the tin, lots of space in the room and the bathroom. Loved the late check out, booked last minuted.

Parking is to expensive where Premier inn just down the road is cheaper and plenty of spaces yours £15 per day Premier £8 , plus found out tmy next stay is £10 cheaper so from now will be staying there
