I reserved a room for 30 days. I checked out after the fourth day. It was too cold in the room. There was no porter to help me. They moved me to another room. I had three trips to move myself after having knee surgery. There’s no phones in the room and I sent them a WhatsApp and it took them two hours to get back to me. I have a medical condition so God forbid something happen. I had to wait on WhatsApp. The manager was rude and mean the employees are liars. He refused to give me my refund after checking out after four days and told me I quote I don’t care where you stay but you’re not getting your refund. Period the treatment that I received from this manager was disgusting disrespectful. I have mental health issues and I just didn’t wanna stay there anymore. I couldn’t for my mental health. I will send proof.
Staff, they were the most friendly and welcoming people. The rooms were immaculately clean. So close to everything, and the local people I spoke to were so friendly. The area was nice.
That I eventually had to leave. I did however decide on my last day that I was just too tired, so I booked an additional night.
The room was quite comfortable for a short stay. Free WiFi.

Room cleaning was not perfect.
The inside stairs were quite dirty. Seamed like no one ever used them.
Breakfast was ok, but inconsistent. On the last day of our stay, the employee usually responsible for the breakfast room was not working, and half the products were missing. Really disappointing.
Vlakbij het station maar toch rustig. Leuke buurt. Auto geparkeerd op de parking van het station voor 9 pond per dag.

A nice new hotel near the train station. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a hearty breakfast. A great hotel for a short stay just outside London.
The room felt a bit empty and was faced the courtyard, so we had no natural light.

Very clean, very comfortable, excellent value for money £70 without breakfast. Close to Sutton town centre. Staff very helpful and friendly
View from the room. Hotel wasn’t busy but only had view of internal courtyard, very poor. To reception rubbish. Car parking fees £15 per night pretty steep. Cost of breakfast too high. Went to Wetherspoons much better.
Stayed many times on business and pleasure.Never been disappointed.Lovely staff and comfortable,clean and a excellent location for central location.
Struttura moderna a due passi dalla stazione dei treni,camera spaziosa e pulita con un buon confort!
Molto buona la colazione sia salata che dolce.
L’unica cosa che posso dire è la mancanza di prese vicino al letto e al bagno.
Un’alta cosa che non ho trova anche in altri hotel é la spazzola per il wc,non capisco perché!
