Disappointed in some regards.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, room was a good size and a nice big bed which was very comfortable!

Cons:

The accessible bathroom was not safe for me, untextured slippery shower tray and no drainage incline to the bathroom floor meant I nearly fell twice! The hotel car park was some distance from the hotel with no accessible lift to the underground parking area!

Staying near brother for Easter.
Pros:

Easy convenient

Cons:

Hairs in sink. Bed cover had muddy looking mark on it.

หมอนเหมือนเอาอะไรมายัดไว้เป็นก้อนๆแผ่นๆ นอนแล้วปวดคอ ผ้าปูไม่ค่อยสะอาด พรมฝุ่นเยอะและดำมาก เหยียบลงไปมีเศษดำๆติดเท้าเต็มไปหมด

It was ok - staff v helpful when I reported tv not working. Evening meal in the bar was ok but there was hardly anything
Pros:

Clean and functional

Cons:

Tv wouldn’t work - has to get a member of staff to sort - which they did - thank you.
Shower tray not draining - started to flood onto the floor on the first morning - on the 2nd morning I had a very quick shower to avoid it happening again

It was a hotel just basic facilities but location is good , near the train station
Pros:

Location good , room quite clean

Cons:

Basic facilities , both times I had stayed here I needed to go to reception to ask for bath towels and hand towels

We were upgraded to a suite was very nice and the room was amazing

Cons:

The only problem we had was they there wasn't any shower gel in the shower but everything else was amazing
