Excellent staff and service. Very clean. Great location. Lovely high street. Nice room, beds and bathroom. Staff were very hospitable and helpful. One of our light globes had dimmed and they sent someone straight up to fix it. The chef was great even though we were quite late ordering.
A fridge would have been really good. And a phone so we could contact reception rather than having to text. Carpets need to be steam cleaned and have brighter lights in the hallways.

No shampoo or soap in the bathroom, just conditioner.
The staff were so helpful and friendly. The bedroom was spacious and very clean. The air conditioning was just what we needed.

The hotel and staff were lovely, be nice if a bit more going on in the hotel, music in bar..was very quiet when we were there, not much atmosphere.
Paying £15 pound a night to park!. Also as a blue badge holder, being told to park in yellow disabled bay and my registration was taken. To still get a parking fine of £100 pounds!!. I have appealed, and they say it still stands?????. . Not very good. Would advise not to park in Hotel try one of the private car parks close by.

Have contacted the hotel via message. Nothing from them appealed the fine. They say still stands. Not very good!!. £115 to park for one night! .
